HORRIBLE BAR DO NOT RECOMMEND, highly would avoid and go elsewhere. Drinks may be cheap but so is the staff and atmosphere. It’s dirty, the stage will leave red paint all over ur clothes and the staff is targeted towards specific people and racial ethnic groups. They say and pride themselves on being all inclusive but are the complete opposite.

Phil’s has come a long way since post-COVID reopening. This was my first time here in a while and the bartenders were absolute sweethearts. The Retro Sunday DJ was also fabulous, spinning epic mixes and keeping the energy going throughout the night. I’ll definitely be back. No more sticky floors!!!
This is the first time I come to this place, and all I found was disturbance. On top of that, the hall is very small and the atmosphere is unpleasant. Note: I only gave one star in order to be able to write the review, even though the place does not deserve it

I’m not surprised to see the security mentioned for the majority of the poor reviews. One of the most unapproachable, unhelpful, arrogant people I have ever come across. Was purposefully awkward and not helpful in a situation that just needed a good person.
