Phil’s is so amazing!!!! I went on vacation. The staff is so sweet. Orly is amazing but we love everyone. Cheap drinks!!!!!!!!!!! 20 for 4 drinks and a tip who could ask for more. A Waterloo staple!
I must tell you about Phils! It's hands down the best nightclub in Waterloo. As a student at Laurier, hitting up Phils is practically a rite of passage for every Golden Hawk. The place offers cheap drinks, a friendly staff, and an awesome atmosphere that's perfect for everyone. In my book, it's the ultimate bar in Waterloo!
Decent place been here forever looks a bit greasy from the inside lots of music from my generation cheap drinks couldn’t ask for anything more
