The food wasn’t terrible but the service was genuinely horrifying. First time visiting here as I normally go to pho dau Bo and the people there usually know what I want. But this restaurant was closer to my house. When ordering the lady at the desk was incredibly dismissive and rushed and very very rude. Barely gave me time to look at the menu before she started barking at me to order. I placed my order and to be fair the food got out very quickly. When I was leaving I saw written on the receipt that the meat was given to me raw. I thought it must be a mistake and when I went inside to rectify it, I was met with some of the most horrifying customer service, she very rudely said that I had to specify if I wanted the meat cooked or not. I’ve never had to do that at any of the other pho places I’ve gone to and this was my first time here. When I asked if she could just cook the beef she ripped the bag out of my hands and threw it at one of the workers to cook. I have never felt more uncomfortable and have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. The only good thing I have to say is that when I had initially come back in this white guy came up to me and was actually listening and worried and wanted to help me. But he was also interrupted by the lady. Overall food was meh, but it was overshadowed by the terrible customer service. I will not be returning and would much rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the pho restaurants that care about customers.

This is a great spot for Vietnamese/Thai cuisine. The interior is bright, and the staff responded quickly to our order and brought us water right away. The food was delicious and not overly salty. Highly recommended!

We ordered the fried rice and Thai curry — both dishes were generously portioned (we couldn’t finish and took the rest to go). We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered curry 2 rice containers and beef rolls I waited 25 minutes for my food when I was told it would be 10 minutes after I got my food and headed home I got home and only got one container or rice when I ordered 2 then the curry was watery and tasted like left overs that they threw water on too make look new the beef rolls we’re disgusting and disappointing with no flavour and the customer service was sad and the wait was very long.I will not be ordering from here again.

Went to Waterloo location Monday, June 30th nd had lemon grass vermicelli with chicken. The chicken was disgusting. Bits of grisley and tasteless. I shared with my friend who has never had Thai food before and she wouldn’t eat the chicken. I told waitresses and she showed zero concern. I have had this before and it was wonderful. I just felt like it was like her saying well that’s too bad but no concern whatsoever. Very disappointing. Not sure if I will go back. There are other locations that I’m sure offer better food and service.

I ordered beef chow mein with crispy noodles and it was so salty. Worse meal ever!

I order usually one of two things, beef rib pho or rice noodle chicken teriyaki with butter fried chicken wings. Now for the first time ordering takeout the food was atrocious. As someone who worked multiple years in the kitchen industry the noodles where bland and the chicken wings where overstated. There was little to no sauce on the noodles and I was very disappointed. Will probably not return to the restaurant after this experience and I’m very disappointed in the food discrepancy when eating in vs takeout.
