This is the best bar in town!! Prices are amazing and the staff is unbelievable. I will say the one manager at times can be a little stand off ish and that makes for an uncomfortable environment. Throw a smile on my guy say hi to the patrons that show up every week don’t stare us down like we are doing something wrong, it makes us leave earlier than we normally would.
Again amazing food amazing service and a great environment!!

I've tried different kinds of food at pipers. Their wings are great. Tonight I decided to try the chicken parmesan pasta dish. It was the worse chicken parm I've ever eaten. The chicken was not crispy it was soggy and the sauce was bland. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone thing of trying that dish. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

Expo is very funny bar staff always makes sure the bar tops taken care of , the know regulars and have them because of them doing more than expected from them with a smile and a honest love for the guest who show up and treat them RESPECTFULLY , knowing they are the one who bust their work ethnic beyond pay “ assumption “ the bar staff is one of the hardest working people with the passion that keeps regulars coming back , I have taken my friends and loved one here specifically for the bar staff , manager and management should maybe be bit more respectful, and understand that hard working people and passion for how you treat you’re guests is what matters most , maybe the new “manager” should think about guest experience, and not staff being under appreciated? , love your staff management, should be a bit less “ignorant”

Made reservation last night for 8 ppl. To celebrate my mom’s 75th bday.
We were not told that due to the size of the reservation, they added gratuities automatically at 20%, which would have been no big deal if the service was decent! But it wasn’t! Our waitress was terrible! I mean terrible! It was as if she already knew she had a tip therefore didn’t need to give decent service to us! One of the worst service I’ve had. And the worst part… it wasn’t even busy!!
To make matters worse… My husband ordered a coffee and it was served with spoiled milk!
My granddaughter “Chicken pot pie” was simply as meat pie you buy at the grocery store BUT way over cooked with a side of mashed potatoes!
The rest of us had fajitas to which the “talented” server brought our tortilla shells on a plate about half hour before our meal arrived so they were stone cold before we even had our food!
Horrible experience for an uptown Waterloo restaurant! Very disappointing!

Service was atrocious. We waited 30 minutes for the bill. I ended up asking another waitress who was also incapable of delivering the bill. Then proceeded to ask a member of the kitchen staff before our waitress finally came back to our table with the bill. I was tempted to leave no tip but felt bad and left a token tip anyway. We had some leftovers we were going to box up but we didn’t feel like waiting another 25 minutes for a box so we just left it there to add to the food waste (This I felt horrible about)

I came to your restaurant tonight, sat on the patio, and ordered your surf n' turf with shrimp.

When the food came I was surprised at the level of spice in the sauce. This is surf n' turf, not spicy curry and rice. I let the server know, as I was not expecting that, even though I was starving and just wanted to eat my late dinner.

Well, it got worse, as I found this long metal wire in the sauce underneath the steak. This is so careless and dangerous. I didn't feel anything in my mouth from the portion I did eat, but I pray to God that I didn't swallow anything harmful unaware!

This was a horrendous experience. I just hope it was not malicious.

My server came back, bill in hand, to tell me the kitchen staff were now gone for the night, but still proceeded to charge me for my 0% Heineken. Unacceptable.

Nobody cares anymore about anything it seems. This was a horrid experience. Disgraceful.
