Please know your product/special. I ordered Cdn Club I was told 2 ham, 2 turkey and bacon. I only had 3 items in it plus cheese, it was so empty I asked for more. When older lady put meat in, I was like where is the ham, she had no idea it was supposed to have ham, grabbed 1 slice, warmed it and sent me on my way.

So clean and fresh. Better than any other Pita location in the city. Portions are generous and staff is so friendly!

The 2 people working when I came in at 12pm were amazing, they went the extra mile to make sure nothing in my salad contained gluten as I am gluten free. Most restaurants and fast food places don’t tend to care but they checked the ingredients in my salad dressing and even let me double check in case. I will be coming back here!

We had a very awful experience here tonight. My fiancé ordered a steak pita a side of rice and a side of potatoes. Also 3 extra toppings. It came to $35!!!! When we questioned the owner right away, he gave us five dollars back because he knows he overcharged. Then I asked for a receipt. He charged $5 for each rich and potatoes. If you look at the menu, rice is $4 and potatoes is $5. They are ripping people off!! Also my pita I asked for not toasted. It came toasted. He remade it, after using the romaine lettuce with wrap for my fiancés pita because it was white bread… when I asked for whole wheat 3 times!!!! And since he screwed up on mine, he gave my fiancé the Romain lettuce which he didn’t even want. We will never return to the establishment very dirty inside as well

It was so good!
Staff are friendly
Food definitely on the border line...
Food was fresh and tasteful. Service was very good and friendly. The location is very clean with many tables and nice lights. Food price is okay .. this location has deal for each and every days of the week .
The location looked very run down inside even the signs on the windows were cracking. I paid for rice gyro and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were undercooked, and the gyro was microwaved and still cold. One of the worst experiences I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Clean establishment, owners are very accommodating, last of the remaining original Pita Factory restaurants. Authentic to taste. Pita's are the best. Gyro is still rotisserie. Souvlaki is grilled not fried. My go to spot for stuffed pita's. Many fresh toppings. Plenty of free parking, mainfloor accessible. I wish they were open later in the evening, they close at 8pm.

Ordered a meal for $19 total
Got a lot more chicken than a normal human being will expect in that much money.

I had the perfect chicken caesar pita. I’ve always loved pita factory, I think it’s the best place to get a pita but this was the first time in a long time where it was perfect. Fresh lettuce, lots of sauce, chicken was phenomenal, and the pita was loaded. The service was great as well and you could tell they cared about serving a great product. I highly recommend Pita Factory

had the grilled chicken breast meal - chicken was nicely grilled but tasteless. also the portion of chicken was tiny for a $20 meal. Rice tasted Indian not Greek. Fries were okay. I won't be eating there again.
