I am leaving this good review because there was the same one in the UWaterloo Plaza but it closed today. The servers were really nice. I feel bad of not supporting them before by a good review.
I got a Chicken Gyro wrap and the pita was split down the middle. The pita pretty much disintegrated when I was eating it. Not much flavour either, paid $17 for a combo. Fries were good though, friendly staff.

This is my family's default takeout place as they have great service, short lines, and can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions (including vegetarian, gluten sensitivity, dairy sensitivity, and corn allergy). You can choose your own toppings and they have falafel as a vegetarian protein option. Other pita factory locations are set up better for dining in but here the tables are right by the line so it would be a bit awkward.Vegetarian options: You can choose your own toppings and ask for no meat or falafel instead. Menu options aren't clearly marked as vegetarian so ask about the sauces.
