Horrible customer service. And I hate complaining but here is the story:
While unprofessionally speaking amongst themselves in front of me in a foreign language, they mixed my order up and then followed me to my vehicle, knocking on my window to take my pita. I waited for them to bring me the correct one and when it took a few minutes I went inside to inexplicably find them making a new pita with ingredients I didn't ask for.
I asked for a refund and then someone who appeared to be a manager offered to remake my pita in front of me for a third time, which I accepted due to needing food after a long day.
Disrespectful, a waste of time and totally off putting.
I will not be back.
It's a gamble what type of service you will get or how you will be treated.

Workers are extremely nice, even if you decline a free cookie politely they insist respectfully! Food is delicious even if you order a classic, and I LOVE IT!

What has happened to the quality of the ingredients?? I've been coming to this location for years but unfortunately won't be returning. Both mine & my dad's pita had unwashed/dirty romain, having bit into grit and dirty flavor. Meat was cold, despite being on the grill? Do better, Pita Pit.

Yash gave great service and was very quick! Highly recommend
Second time here and 2 people behind counter seem very disorganized. Took forever to serve the food and more concerned with locking the door so no new customers can come in then paying attention to taking your order. When you order a platter with fries you have to put the fries on before you start making it. Not after you’ve made everything else allowing it all to get cold. Chat chat with eachother . Less talk and more paying attention please .

I had a wonderful experience at Pita Pit today! The staff member was incredibly nice and friendly. He did an excellent job customizing my pita, creating exactly what I wanted. I was really impressed by the service and the freshness of the ingredients. Highly recommend!

I ordered double chicken souvlaki pita, spent $23 on my meal, only to bring it back to work and find out the chicken was raw and not cooked properly. The person cooking the meat literally took it out and out on pita before it was fully cooked, while he was adding toppings to my pita , he was dragging the pita on the counter from one end to another without any sheet of paper underneath it. I thought that was so unhygienic! Highly disappointed, and would not recommend to go there again!
