Horrible Experience. Had a driver raising his voice at me - in my workplace.
Context: I'm new at my job and part of it is ordering food for new hire orientations. Normally, when I order in other places - I can enter the card number on their devices for payment. We don't really have the physical card, it's with our corporate which is located elsewhere. Before placing an order over the phone, I tried to order online a couple of times but somehow wasn't pushing through.
Having said that I don't have the card itself, when the driver came and he learned so, he started raising his voice at me while I was trying to figure out how else can I make the payment. I didn't bring my own card to use - which would have solved it. So, I was trying to ask and borrow anyone else's card but to no luck (then expense it later). This accumulated to me feeling stressed, and the driver's demeanor didn't help at all with the situation. What it only did is put me under much more pressure.
I get he feels pressured, but raising his voice at me and not helping me find a common ground to solve the issue in a calm way does not - and will never - lead to a satisfactory resolution, for both parties.
Ultimately, I don't want anyone else to experience this - so what I can only hope for Pizza Hut to start paying attention in training their staff for customer experience.

They are using same pizza cutters for veg and non veg which is not good for veg people.
Use pizza cutter for non veg and veg same. Staff is so horrible they don’t know how to talk with customes…. Worst experience ever
