There was a misinterpretation in the order name and I ended up taking the wrong person’s order. After returning shortly, the front staff person was super quick in fixing the issue and was extremely nice! The pizza slapped too

The representative Ms. Monica firstly took our wrong order, moreover argued and refused to take it back. The staff is not at all polite. Even after being super courteous and kind with her and others. They were very rude. Won’t recommend this Pizza Hut store to anyone.

The young woman working here late Thursday Jan 22 was so nice, and cared so much about satisfying a hungry customer. Way better service than most fast food places. And tastes good too. Please remember to be nice to these folks, I was so impressed with how they (at least this one) really cared about doing a good job. I will be back.

$5 minimum on CARRYOUT is insanity. Only pizzahut I know that does this. You order 5 pizzas from them and they can’t even be bothered to just give you the free reward, you still need to spend $5. Not coming here until they change this back.

Hawaian pizza was great.I ordered last day quite late at night but the staff was accommodating and made us fuller.
Hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a very long time. Pizza is still great. Delivery driver was friendly. Ordered the triple treat box. Was tasty.

Wow, what a terrible experience. Ordered large 2 toppings pizza today. First they forgot the mushrooms and then either there wasn't enough cheese, or it was spread so badly that there were many slices without cheese. And it was so greasy it was disgusting to eat and got a little sick from it later. Had to throw away pizza it was so bad. Won't EVER be coming back to this pizza hut and I guess won't be eating as much takeout as people making your food just don't care anymore.

Placed an order yesterday .The order was very late.When i contacted the uber driver he told the chicken wings that i ordered is taking time since the machine isnt working.Do u guys need an hour just to fry the chicken??When it got delivered the pizza was ice cold,hard as rock.Total wastage of money.Sad reality of a fast food chain.The uber driver was quick to deliver,it was the restaurant fault.

August 25th, pickup scheduled at 8:05 PM. I placed the order before 8:05, but the food wasn’t ready until 8:25 PM. The staff said they were doing an oil change, but that doesn’t justify wasting someone’s 20–25 minutes. The pickup system was disorganized, and I left frustrated. Needs serious improvement.
