Love this Pizza Hut, the employee who took our order on Tuesday May 20th was unreal and such a great guy. Props to him and this hut. Love it

We were incredibly disappointed with the lack of toppings. There is barely any cheese and also there is toppings we did not order on our pizza. There appears to be a jalapeño or an olive. Either way this is completely unacceptable.

Mounika, the store manager, was so generous in supporting the disability non-profit that I work at. Not only did she give us free vouchers for our fundraiser event to support the local disability community, but she baked us a fresh cookie cake when we were picking up the vouchers too! We ended up bringing the cookie cake to one of the homes we support at Karis Disability Services. 11/10 services and deliciousness!

To be honest you can’t keep high expectations from these kind of chain stores but this specific location is not that great I ordered couple of pizzas with stuffed crust and it was hard cheese inside when they delivered and one of the pizza was butchered while being delivered. But over all the taste was average .

Ordered the daily special (Hawaiian) and it was terrible. Overcooked and toppings were “leathered”. Ham was so tough we threw it out. Cheese rubbery! Won’t be back

I don't often leave poor reviews however I felt this needed to be shared. I called in an order for 4 small pizzas and verbally mentioned since they were only cheese pizzas and no other toppings, please be generous with the cheese and no sauce spots. When I opened my pizzas each has a thin layer of cheese along with multiple sauce patches that have no cheese. I won't be returning here, I am so disappointed. Some of my pizza I'm just eating dough and sauce. If you want Pizza Hut made right, go to the Fischer-Hallman location in Kitchener. They never disappoint.
