I used to order from the store at Ottawa street and today I tried the Albert street one. My order was all burnt and I had ordered tots with dip and they gave me cheesy tots, that too stuck to the paper and paper burnt to crisp. When I went to pick up the order I saw two workers, one was on phone and when he saw me he went to take out the tots. I have attached the photos as well.

Thanks for ruining my Saturday night. Ordered from Uber and it takes time to reply back, when I called the store they were not even sorry and said you gotta deal with Uber. I mean, you sent it! Be a little nicer. Anyways, this was the worst customer service I ever saw in Waterloo.

Today, I had a terrible experience at this place. I ordered a sandwich combo and a slice of pizza. I waited 10 minutes—nothing came. I asked for the slice at least. I waited 10 more minutes, and still, no sign of the sandwich.
Long story short, about 8 minutes later, the sandwich finally arrived, and—believe it or not—it tasted horrible and smelled like spoiled chicken.
All this garbage food cost me $21—I felt robbed! SERVICE < 0 FOOD << 0
AVOID THIS LANDFILL OF FOOD! I used to have good experiences with Pizza Pizza, but at this location? RUN AWAY!

Unfortunately i couldn't eat it as was gonna return it, but I was already at work. I've never had this experience with pizza pizza before, this was a bit surprising.
