they don't honour the Leafs chicken nuggets promotion
Walked in and staff was struggling to cash out a customer. Did an errand and phoned in and ordered online for pickup
Went back to the store to pick up and noone else was in there and they still hadn't prepped my order. All three staff were cleaning and it took them a few minute to acknowledge I was even there. I showed them my order receipt and they finally started working on it.

Really disappointing when your told 10 mins for spicy chicken you ask for half & half with a family meal they take over half an hour serve everyone else that comes in after you ... & get home to eat & it’s all SPICY! Seriously!! (Pissed off pregnant lady)

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Westmount serves delicious, freshly fried chicken that is neatly packaged. The courteous staff provides updates on order times, with exceptional service. Customers can expect a positive experience with polite treatment and quick, fresh food. Popeyes is fantastic! Their chicken is always crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The store is clean and welcoming, with a great atmosphere for a quick meal. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. Their chicken sandwich is probably the best. For delivery orders, staff needs to pay closer attention to including napkins and cutlery. The coleslaw is top-notch for flavor and texture. The bonafide chicken can be greasy and inconsistent in crispiness, with some pieces not crispy enough while others are overdone. Fries were good. They have a hot ones last dab ranch. This location is small with only a few tables and bar seating. Washrooms need to be maintained better and tables need to be wiped down more frequently. There was also static in the radio speakers which was unpleasant.
