Bagels r great! However I ordered 2 sandwiches at 2:14 and didn’t get them until 2:28. I understand if it’s busy, but I was the only one waiting for food. A little frustrating when there’s 2 chefs working

I spoke with the owner of the company, who provided me with excellent information to create exactly what I wanted. The day that we picked up the order, everything was perfect. The customer service level is excellent and the quality/taste of the food was delicious. I highly recommend this Bagel Store.

I was very excited to try the new Poppy's at Conestoga Mall this morning! I have ate at the location on King & enjoyed it very much! I did not purchase my breakfast there, i was so disappointed seeing a young girl behind the counter flicking her long hair a lot, it turned me right off of ordering food. She might be doing coffee and taking orders but she is still behind that counter. I would love to try it, once I see that her hair is up.

I loved the ‘Classic Mama’ bagel from here the first time I tried it! However, I got it again recently and I think they used the same knife for their savoury items, as my strawberry cream cheese had strong notes of garlic in it which was really unappetizing. Pretty disappointing since I enjoyed it so much the first time.
Had an awful service on a takeout order and messed up the order twice. Menu selection was a little underwhelming too.
