I have ordered a medium pizza, like regular and they served me a pizza with thin crust. I didn't asked for thin crust. I like popular pizza from other locations like Kitchener and Cambridge. But Waterloo location completely sucks

I recently visited this popular pizza store and had a very bad experience. I ordered a veggie pizza with green peppers, red onion, pineapple, coriander, and other vegetables. Unfortunately, when the pizza arrived, it looked extremely cheap and almost had no visible toppings at all. It was nothing like what I expected or paid for.
This is unacceptable for a store that claims to serve quality pizza. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here. Poor presentation and lack of promised ingredients make this place not worth the money.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Popular Pizza. We placed an order and received the wrong pizza. Mistakes can happen, but what was most upsetting is that the staff did not show the basic courtesy to either deliver the correct order or exchange it for the right one. Instead, we were left with something we did not order or want. Good customer service is about acknowledging mistakes and making them right, but unfortunately, that did not happen here. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will think twice before ordering from this location again

The girl working Wednesday night was really nice. I can't comment on the pizza because I've only tried their potato wedges, but they were good.
