I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Popular Pizza. We placed an order and received the wrong pizza. Mistakes can happen, but what was most upsetting is that the staff did not show the basic courtesy to either deliver the correct order or exchange it for the right one. Instead, we were left with something we did not order or want. Good customer service is about acknowledging mistakes and making them right, but unfortunately, that did not happen here. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will think twice before ordering from this location again
