Proof's food and service are consistently excellent and yesterday was no exception. Mitchell was a very friendly and helpful server and our meals were creative and flavours memorable. We will keep coming back.

Proof has never disappoints. The staff was accommodating to our needs and asks and service from our server was excellent. Matte I believe sorry of I got that wrong but he was excellent. Our group had a great time together and the service flowed smoothly.
