Quesada Burritos & Tacos

The rice they gave in my burrito bowl is hard as rocks. How do they not maintain their rice correctly I ordered it during peak hours this is just bad service. Literally cannot eat it properly without accidentally breaking my teeth

They declined my order an hour before closing, and served burnt chicken

It is expensive. The rice taste so greasy , and every food makes me feel queasy.

Food is alright for a fast food joint. The employees are really bad at their job though. It took 15 minutes for them to make a burrito because a bunch of them were chatting and standing around. I also mostly see these employees eating the food rather than doing any work. Honestly pathetic. I’ve seen little kids who have better work ethic.

Workers are incompetent which it comes to team-work and basic customer service skills. These guys are either not qualified (which is embarrassing considering you don’t need much skill for food service or can’t communicate in a group properly. This results in very slow or poor food service. The food is also below-average.

Whoever does the hiring around here should also be investigated for possible immigration fraud, as the workers are only foreign nationals from India, despite most not being qualified for this job

Only valid place to eat in UWaterloo!!! I fear those grilled chicken burrito bowls with EXTRA chipotle sauce hate to see me coming.

Underrated! This is located in the SLC and the sauces??? Incredible
I got a quesadilla with chicken, corn and tomato with lime cilantro sauce + medium salsa
The pricing is questionable
But the taste of the food was really great I love it a lot and would love for people to give this place a go!
In between classes I sometimes grab a Tim Hortons rice bowl or subway so when I tried this I was pleasantly surprised and so happy because eating at the SLC is fun sometimes
The new extension of the building gives it more personality

Quesadilla tasted delicious and all my family members were like now we will dine in every weekend and have all other food options they have. Because everything was fresh and accurate.

Their quesadilla is so yummy!!!

This place is terrible for online orders through the university app. Every single time they forgot one of the main ingredients. For example, today I got a spicy chicken, lettuce base bowl with extra ancho pork. They did not put spicy chicken (which is highlighted on the receipt which I find hilarious) and they forgot the lettuce. How clumsy do you have to be to screw up this badly and this consistently?

Person who filled my "large bowl" barely put any rice or beans into it. The bowl was barely filled by the end. Plus all the ingredients were pretty cold including the meat and rice.

It is decent, has some vegetarian options. It is often really busy. Similar to Chipotle but a step down. Food is expensive though.
