They only take order through kiosk even though they have people to take order

Lack of professionalism and customer care. After I was done ordering my drink it was taking long because only one guy was preparing all orders. The other girl was peeling mangoes. So I went up to her and politely said, “Excuse me” and before I could finish she goes, “What?” I continued if it was possible to hurry a little bit since I was getting late. By that time the guy started preparing my order so she said, oh he is making it. I told the guy I was getting late and he was kind enough to pack my order fast. This one star goes to him. The girl chose to peel mangoes over helping the order guy in preparing orders just showed me her priorities. I understand making orders takes time but one should also understand urgency.

Went there today and had the most rude employee. She saw me walk in but turned around just to keep working, I tried getting her attention three times and no answer finally the fourth she turned around and said nothing so I just continued with my order. She then rolls her eyes when handing my change. Finally giving my mango slush puts it on the counter and walks away she did not say a single word through the whole order, it’s almost like I was making her do her job. I work in customer service and would never act like that.

i would give 0 star. the lady working there at night around 8:50pm on tuesday the one was wearing mask she was veryyy rude. i asked her not to add ice in my drink because i was not feeling well i told her to add water if she wants ,she said we are not allowed but i mean this is not my first time whenever i ask without ice at every other location they make my drink accordingly. she literally started arguing with me saying you can go to customer service do whatever you want,how is she even working there with 0 customer service. and i asked her name and she refused said i will not expose my identity in public. I used to go there alot whenever i go to mall but NoT anymore. This was a very bad experience today.

The staff are incredibly rude!!! Every time I go the staff members are so rude and nasty! Staff members need a serious retraining especially in customer service!! Will not be returning, honestly so baffled at how these people still have jobs after the way they speak to customers.

I wanted to share a recent experience at your shop involving my 10-year-old daughter. She used her own money to buy her favorite bubble tea, but when she got to the machine, she wasn’t sure whether to pick black or green tea, so she went with the default—black, which was around $8 to $9.
While waiting, she realized she might have made a mistake and tried to ask the barista if green tea would have been a better choice, just before she added the lychee jelly. Instead of helping, the barista responded sternly that she had picked black tea and didn’t acknowledge my husband when he tried to explain it was an honest mistake. She continued making the drink, clearly frustrated.
It was a mistake my daughter made, but I think it’s important for customer service staff to be patient and supportive, especially with kids. This was a meaningful purchase for my daughter, and the barista’s attitude was disappointing. I hope you can address this so future customers have a better experience. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. The employee suggested Taro Sherbet which was really good. I liked this so much and everyone should try this.
I was in the store today a lady and her boyfriend came to the store. They were rude to the staffs and mean to them. also was asking their names to put their on a bad review. This is not right. I was also waiting in the line I saw the staffs were trying to help each customers. I appreciate the kind qnd patience from the staff who was here on July 2nd 2024 noon.
