Worst pizza experience ever. Hands down. Ordered pizza online. Recieved a message saying it would be ready in 15 minutes. Head to the restaurant. Lots of customers. One guy had been there for 90 minute waiting. I got my pizza an hour and 15 minutes after paying.
Forget a second chance. There are tons of pizza places to get better pizza from in way less time.

Absolutely love their pizzas, especially with the sesame seed crust. Simple premise but its the only place I can think of where I've had that and I get it this way every time. Probably ordered delivery 8-10 times now and never had a bad experience.

I was 30 minutes early and waiting for my order and the Pizza was just warm, not hot when I got it home 5 minutes after it was done. I feel the pizzas were done before the Chicken Wings and they got cold waiting for the whole order. Also saw delivery guy in his vehicle on his phone for over 3 minutes after picking up a delivery

As a regular customer at Red Swan Pizza in Waterloo, I can confidently say that their pizza is absolutely amazing! It’s some of the best I’ve had in Canada—always fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The quality and taste keep me coming back.
The service is great as well, with friendly and efficient staff who make the experience enjoyable. However, they are more focused on takeout than dine-in, so the seating experience isn’t the best. Also, the halal options are quite limited, which is something they could improve.
Despite that, the food is outstanding, and I highly recommend Red Swan Pizza to anyone looking for top-quality pizza in Waterloo!

Delicious pizza with a unique sesame crust and a clean store. Being able to eat a fresh pizza here was delightful. Prices are extremely reasonable as well.
I always bought pizza here today. But pizza quality is go down day by day. They didn’t put enough traditional pizza sauce i. It’s was very dry. We didn’t eat pizza this time. They need to improve pizza quality otherwise customer move to other pizza store in town.

Recently ordered take out of paneer tikka pizza from this location. Loved the flavours, the panner, veggies and the dough was fresh. But they missed adding the cilantro, ginger and chilli flakes, which I had mentioned in the order. Hence deducting one star.

What garbage service! Three times in a row i have ordered, showed up 25 minutes after ordering to be told order will be ready in 10mimutes when in reality it took an hour! ALL 3 TIMES! Theae guys have TERRIBLE time management skills and lie right to yoyr face everytime!
Pizza is mediocre as best and definitely not worth an hour and a half wait!
