My friend just went there to order his free sandwich as they just made the wrong one in his pickup order approx 1 week ago. Soo they totally denied to give him compensation and instead of helping they putt blame on my friend that he is telling lie about the wrong sandwich.
I'LL TRY MY BEST TO STOP ALL MY FRIENDS TO VISIT OR HAVE FOOD FROM ROYAL PAAN UNIVERSITY AVE.

I just want to share my review, I ordered on call for pickup a bombay grilled sandwich and instead of that i got bombay chutney sandwich. I called them again at night after seeing my order and a person on shift told me to take a correct sandwich anytime but only at night because his shift only comes at night. So, today i went to the store and told my situation and a person there told me like they contacted each and everyone for the case and all said no calls was received regarding this situation. The person standing there was indirectly blameing me that i am telling lie about my sandwich.
I personally like to have food from royal paan but this was my worst experience and i will never goo again to this branch. Its really disappointing to put your fault on other person. I dint get much help from the manager too.
