Worst experience ever. Since the management changed, the quality has gone downhill. I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was stale and seemed expired. The kulfi was especially bad. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Never ordering again

I have ordered many times from this store. I have a fixed order but I have tried their pav bhaji and vada pav and being a mumbaikar it’s definitely below average as per the taste.

Pav bhaji literally does not taste like one. But, the game changer is noodle burger and their dahi bhallay! I have been hooked to that and I would never thought I would like such a weird food combination of noodle burger but it was a banger and I think it’s quite popular street food from north India. The best dahi bhallay I had in Canada as I was always on a quest to find one.

The order was placed from my wife’s Uber Eats account, under the name Amandeep K. Proofs and screenshots are attached.

I had a very disappointing experience with Royal Paan Waterloo, especially due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for 2 Jumbo Spring Roll deals, each priced at $9.99 with a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. This clearly means 2 paid + 2 free = 4 jumbo spring rolls. I have ordered the exact same deal multiple times in the past and always received 4 spring rolls, so there was no confusion.

Before the order arrived, I called the restaurant to ask about dipping sauce preferences. I politely requested mixed sauce instead of chili sauce. The manager insisted I needed to add extra sauce to the order. I explained that I don’t need both, only mixed sauce, and told sauce normally comes with the spring rolls. He first said only one sauce would be included but then said, “It’s enough, but i will do a favour I’ll add one,” so I agreed.
Which was rude 1 spring 1 sauce 4 spring 4 sauce why only 1 for all?

When the order arrived at my workplace, only 2 spring rolls were delivered, not 4. On top of that, one spring roll was broken and partially burnt. Two items were clearly missing.

I immediately called the restaurant, and the manager claimed:
• “You ordered 2, so you got 2.”
• Denied the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.
• Said the Uber Eats price is “just marketing” and the offer doesn’t apply.

This is completely incorrect. On Uber Eats, the deal clearly shows $9.99 per Jumbo Spring Roll with 1 FREE, and I ordered two such deals. When I calmly tried to explain the math and pricing, the manager became very rude, started arguing, and said:
“Don’t teach me my work.”

I also explained that:
• My total order value was around $30
• I have Uber One, so delivery was free
• I used a $5 Uber Eats discount coupon (orders above $14)

Instead of resolving the issue, the manager cut the call and then stopped answering calls completely.

This behavior is unacceptable:
• Missing items
• Poor food quality
• False denial of promotions
• Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service.

I never write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I ordered the jumbo spring roll from Royal Paan on Uber Eats, and it was very disappointing. It had a bad smell, the stuffing tasted like plain boiled noodles and corn with no flavor, and the packaging arrived partly open. The photos looked great, but what I received was totally different. Very disappointed with this order.

We have ordered the tea and it was worst . We can’t consider that as a tea . I was spicy, no sugar nothing. I was not available to take a second sip. Not sure about other stuff, but don’t waste your money on that shitty tea.
