I ordered several deserts and a common theme, they were all too sweet. The coconut tart was the best in terms of balance. I will however say they all had great texture, moisture, and were baked to perfection.

But… man i feel diabetic after the pumpkin tart thing. I had to try and eat it without the Frosting.

Really hopeful the eclair isn’t too sweet (edit : it was… while the place is clean and the pastries baked well, and beautifully made, they are all much too sweet).

Love the plain croissants, caramelized onion quiche, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! My friend and I easily finished the full-sized caramelized onion quiche in one sitting - highly recommend!

I ordered a brownie, creme brulee, pecan bar & shortbread cookies and it cost me $29. They were all good. The staff was friendly. The space is clean.

My 1 star review is for their business model, I hate when customers are taken advantage of . So we are from Toronto, and are used to more expensive prices, this bakery has Toronto prices, but usually in Toronto business rents are much higher .

It used to have a seating area , but they removed it and never brought back, which is highly unusual for such bakery and shows they don't care much about customers and their comfort. They charge extra 35 cents for the bag, which is again unheard of in such bakeries and I've been to tons of them in Canada and USA.

The last thing is that bakeries don't charge taxes if you buy more than 6 baked goods, these guys still do even that we bought 10 . When we asked, why? They said that all baked goods must be the same price so then , only then they won't charge tax. What????? Again, owners invent their own rules and take advantage of the customers like no tomorrow. It's a good short term business model , but customers aren't stupid and it's a very bad for a long term business model. It's a good bakery overall, but small things matter and the owners don't get it .

I've shopped here twice for special pastries for family gatherings. These are the finest pastries you will find in KW. The ingredients must be top shelf because everything is creamy, smooth, layers of flavours, beautiful colours and presentation, crisp pastries and crusts... Everything is perfect and everyone is always in awe of the creations on offer at the dinner table. My grandkids (after two events with Sabletine's creations) already know what's coming when they hear that Papa has some special desserts ??.
Prices are $4 - $7 for each of the large pastries (they are large!) but small versions of most large treats are available. I haven't even started on the beautiful breads, cookies, croissants... You must visit and enjoy.
