Best discovery in a long time. For anyone searching for a genuine European pastry experience in Kitchener-Waterloo, look no further. Their macarons are a highlight, but the croissants are a masterclass in texture and flavor. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship locally. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality over quantity.
I come to Sabletine Fine Pastries at least once a week for a treat. Their pastries are always fresh and really delicious you can actually taste the craftsmanship in the croissants. It’s impressive!
Prices are pretty reasonable too. I do wish they had a spot to sit and enjoy some coffee with the pastries, but even without that, it’s a great place. Definitely recommend it for fresh French pastries and desserts

Ordered a pumpkin pie from them over the phone for Thanksgiving. They take your card number over the phone but it’s quick to pick up when you’re ready since it’s already paid for.
The pie was delicious! Wish I had remembered to take a photo. It served 6 adults with extra left over; some went in for seconds.
Would love to go back to try their other pastries! Their croissants looked delicious and reasonably priced
