I had the triple with bacon/cheese/mayo/lettuce/oinion/tomato with a poutine. $25

The food was good, cood well, fries were crispy as requested, taste was good, temperature of the burger was good.
I would say they made the outline a bit early as it was a little cool by the time my burger was ready, but that's just a timing issue.

My only critique would be that after handling the raw burger the employee didn't watch his hands and continued to prepare my other items.
So the cross contamination avoidance could be better.

Another employee did handle chicken with a glove and promptly removed the glove and washed her hands. REDEMPTION. May just need a refresher on safe food handling.

I would eat here again.

So far I've tackled the burger, donair and smoked meat sandwich. All have been fresh and delicious. Milkshakes are also unreal. Each time I've ordered the menu seems to grow and become even more intriguing. I'll be back!

Don’t believe their timeline of 5-6 min. 20 min later still not receiving food I left. Just didn’t have time to to eat anymore.

The thing I like about Sam’s is I always have big orders for family gatherings, and they take it all in stride, fill the order perfectly with no errors. And all those meals are provided fast.

Listen, man. When they give you this burger it's hot because they just made it. You can get a beer and a burger here for 20 and it's a big burger. Not like the golden arches air burger at all. The booth is clean, the TV is on, and so is the ac. It's the spot!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience here really missed the mark. I ordered a smoked meat sandwich for about $16. When I handed the woman behind the counter cash, she didn’t remove or change her gloves before or after handling the money, then went straight back into the kitchen. I watched as she continued preparing another customer’s food. I politely asked if she could please change her gloves, since she was switching between handling money and food. She said “no problem,” but didn’t actually do it right away—she finished the previous order before finally changing gloves to make mine.

As for the food, the sandwich itself was disappointing. The meat tasted like it had been microwaved, it was overly salty, and the rye bread was soggy. It didn’t feel fresh or properly made.

I hope the team here takes food safety more seriously moving forward, because this kind of cross-contamination can lead to people getting sick.

Missing Halifax donair? This is the place!
I'm not from Nova Scotia, but after a trip there, I got completely hooked on donair, and now I find myself feeling nostalgic for a province I’m not even from. That’s how powerful a good donair can be!
After some serious searching, I found this place and ended up coming back four times in just two weeks.
One of the staff told me he went to Halifax to learn how to make real donair, and it shows! He’s incredibly kind, professional, and trustworthy. You can tell he really cares about getting it right.

Have been ordering the pulled pork poutine for months on a regular basis as it was so delicious. Got one today and the cheese tastes rotten. Called and the staff member said they got a new cheese brand and there is nothing wrong with it. It tastes rotten so if that’s what you like your cheese to taste like then maybe you will enjoy it but I will no longer be getting food from here.
