I ordered a pizza and a salad on Sunday night and had a really disappointing experience. After waiting over half an hour with no update, we called to check on the order. That’s when they told my girlfriend they didn’t have lettuce — something they never bothered to mention or call us about. When she asked for a refund for the salad we already paid for, she was told they would “have to check,” which didn’t inspire much confidence.
She also asked if the pizza was at least ready, and they said it had been sitting there waiting for pickup… even though we never received any notification, and our order status still showed as “accepted.”
When I arrived a few minutes later, there was no greeting at all. The employees just stared at me until I initiated the conversation and told them I was there for a pickup. Unsurprisingly, the pizza was cold by then.
Overall, terrible communication and customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Like Subway but making your own gourmet pizza with choices of really quality ingredients such as Bocconcini cheese and garlic confit! I ended up making my own pizza with both the aforementioned gourmet ingredients along with chorizo, spicy Italian sausage and bacon.
Mixed both spicy red sauce and garlic cream sauce as the pizza base; Parmesan and mozzarella In addition to the Bocconcini; sauteed onions, pickled green peppers as well as regular banana peppers and some spinach for the veggies; all finally drizzled it with some chili oil and barbecue drizzle for one exceptional tasting gourmet pizza.
The Young South Asian lady Who served me was an absolute delight and she did such a good job putting my pizza together and cooking it! High praise for her customer service.
Came for the first time and left with one of the best pizzas i’ve ever had. Got to make my own pizza and the lady behind the counter diya was so helpful explaining all the toppings. 10/10 would come again
