The fall of shawarma plus is something to document. Prices have increased and the quality became worse. Unfortunately, the quantities also got so bad. Very stingy. It could have been the best shawarma in the Waterloo region but the owners shot themselves in the foot out of greed. Such a shame it got to the same level as Lazeez and others.

We visited Shawarma Plus two days ago and tried the Waffle Shawarma—everything was perfect! Ali and the other staff members were an amazing, providing friendly and attentive service. The food was delicious and the place has a great vibe. Highly recommend!

I’m frustrated & disappointed with the fall off of shawarma plus. It used to be our family’s go to but after the last two times I’ve ordered from there, never again. The prices got jacked up but food quality became terrible. It’s so dry & they couldn’t get any stinger. I ordered a family meal platter for 62$ (almost extra 10$ than what used to be) but all I got was 8 literal empty pieces, stuffed potatoes in the sandwich, bread & a sniff of the driest chicken I’ve ever had. Even the garlic sauce was barely half full. The fries were the only good part.

Don’t even think on wasting time and getting their Large chicken shawarma on uber as it is HALF the size WHAT THEY SAY LARGE with next to no amount of chicken!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, and just a recommendation if u can not provide people with quality just don’t put any deals saying ghat shawarma as LARGE it should be minimum with next to no meat!

I love their chicken shawarma wrap. I used to order two wraps after some exams when I was a UW student. After so many years, they are still the best chicken shawarma I have ever had.

Delicious! Next time I would not get the fries in my wrap. Felt more like a filler so I took them out and then it was perfect!

I've been trying out shawarma on rice from various places in the KW region and I found this one to be having a unique flavourful rice and chicken. For a heavy meal for a single person, I found generous portions when additionally topping this off with extra chicken.
