Great burger Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Ordering was quick and easy; you simply walk in and use the wall-mounted ordering tablets, which are very straightforward. My food was ready in about 15 minutes. I will definitely be coming back, as the burger has a delicious homemade taste.

Amazing food decent fair prices always freshly cooked in front of you staff is clean and does a great job definitely in my top 3 eating spots now! The burgers are great the fries are also great but a Lil spicy so if you dont like spicy stuff don't get the jalapeño fries. 10/10 no room to improve they already have.

Their smash burgers are good but I've had better elsewhere. They weren't as juicy and flavourful as I would like. Their fries were good too but ive had better elsewhere as well. Overall I did enjoy my lunch and I would return but it wouldnt be my first choice.

UPDATE: No response almost 2 weeks after emailing the email given. Bad customer service, constantly shop with them, but this was overlooked and given bad attitude by the employees.

THE best smash burger in all of Toronto/gta (and potentially all time). i’ve tried so many viral smash burgers in downtown toronto, london, new york, etc. yet this spot in a waterloo university plaza still takes the #1 spot (shake shack could never). everyone who works here is always so friendly - i put everyone on this spot because i’m genuinely praying it blows up and they open more locations around toronto. ive probably had this burger 30+ times at this point. first time i had it i was already blown away - the patty is crispy yet juicy, the bun is perfectly sweet and soft, there’s always the right amount of pickles, lettuce and tomato r always fresh, and the slap sauce does indeed SLAP (my favourite house burger sauce). the super saiyan fries are also my favourite “animal style” fries from anywhere (if you love tangyness/mustard you’ll love it). you have to try slap burger if you haven’t already.
