their stuff is really cheap, which i love. a large is about $5. the staff is nice too, and they cater to preferences really well, without extra cost. they like promoting their salon to the shop customers too haha. i've gotten a red bean matcha before, and it’s really good. i'm trying hokkaido matcha today.

The bubble tea is good quality and the menu has enough options, but every time I go in they say they can't make more than half the menu, no fruit or milk tea only smoothies, which is very annoying.
The staff are very nice. The Cafe is a little small. It seems like the Cafe isn't their main business and the salon is, so I guess that's why the atmosphere and availability of drinks could be better.

I tried to go get a strawberry bubble tea but it turned out to be the nastiest thing I've tasted in a long long time... They put old strawberry in the drink, and it tasted as if the tea was rotten. I had one drink of it and had to spit it out.

Everything should be fresh this is sad and I'm highly disappointed in my experience as I just wanted to find a decent place to get my tea.

I am getting a feeling that having coffee anywhere near a university campus is a bad idea. The cappuccino was more like drip coffee with a bit of foam on top and the vanilla tea was okay, but nothing special. However, the café was quiet and clean and the service was great.

The social hub bar has really great environment where you can relax have some drinks and have a good time on top of that they make the drinks extra nice would recommend to anyone in Kitcher waterloo that wants to have a good time and I would like to personally thank the owner Virginia for being so kind and making me feel so welcome thank you

This is by far the best bubble tea place in town! Their recipes are amazing. Really fair priced! The staff are very kind and friendly. Their menu has lots of variety so there is something for everyone! Would recommend to everyone who wants a really good tasting drink at a fair price!
