Used to enjoy this particular Starbucks but now I feel unwelcome there. The downtown vibe is gone and the staff gave me dirty looks because I extended my stay by having a nice long (1 hour) conversation with friends.

Stopped by the Starbucks at Uptown and ordered 2 cappuccinos. It took 23 minutes to get our drinks, which is pretty unreasonable for coffee. I understand it can be busy, especially with mobile orders, but what was frustrating was seeing only one barista making all the drinks while three other staff members were chatting near the back. With 10 plus people in line, it would have made a big difference if they stepped in to help, even for a few minutes. I’m sure they had other tasks to do, but what terrible customer service.

Ordered a pumpkin Frappuccino and they made up the total wrong drink, I have tried to call them and nothing from them the line is constantly busy shows that this location needs to be properly trained for customer service and learn to read the orders the right way.

obviously renovated to discourage people from being inside, there are no places to sit and everything is extremely expensive. do not come here. also there are flies in the display case for food lol
I ordered Grande Frappuccino and it didn't come in a proper dome container. They didn't even give me a straw..how can I drink this without a straw.

wth the drink like this? i have ord this custom drink at every location and they didnt make the drink like this!!!! asked for extra foam and ice, pay for it, and see what i got! where is the foam and ice man. when we ask a white blone hair girl, she just said that is how they make it? why i never had the drink like this when we ord it from others brand?

Went there today. No seating to speak of, no straws or sweetener on the counter so we had to ask the barista. The store was dirty, as were the two washrooms, one of which was out of toilet paper. Won't be going back to this location.
