The service was terrible. I’ve ordered an Iced Matcha Tea Latte with Pecan Cream Cold Foam from this store more than 10 times via the mobile app over the past two months. This morning, I ordered the same thing again. When I gave it to my girlfriend, she noticed there was no foam in the cup. We drove back to the store to ask about it. The girl looked at my cup and order me to open the lid for her. She went to prepare the foam and asked her colleague if they were out of cold foam. Her colleague said yes and also said to “just put this and that.” They tried to substitute the pecan foam with something else without informing me, but I overheard them and told them to just give me the other flavor they had available. I complained to the girl that they shouldn’t hand out an unfinished drink at pickup so that customers don’t have to come back like this. They told us we should have asked them when we picked up the drink the first time. Their attitude was very perfunctory, and they never apologized. When my girlfriend questioned their attitude, a “well-meaning” customer—who didn’t even know the situation—accused my girlfriend of having a bad attitude. (Of course, this part isn’t that customer’s fault.) Excuse me, If your foam is sold out, shouldn’t you mark the product as sold out on your app? Thank you make winter colder.

Amazing staff and such a cozy holiday vibe! Everything was beautifully decorated, and I loved seeing the red cups back. The servers were super friendly and engaging, and my drink was absolutely delicious. Great experience overall!!

Horrible customer service. I have been here multiple times. I ran in one day as I needed to use the washroom and they would not let me, I have been a customer at this specific Starbucks for years but I will not be ever again. Their employee was rude and even gave me attitude about this is a common practice for places but the next place I went to was happy to help.

I went into starbs with a friend yesterday and we weren't having the best day but we had a lovely cashier who has a pinkish hair and glasses and she was so friendly and mad your day much better

They cannot pack their Uber orders properly, missing entire items or adding on other people’s orders. They left out my $8 oatmeal but gave me a $4 croissant that belongs to Devon instead. As a server at a restaurant that also does uber/doordash/takeout that I have to pack ontop of my tables, it’s not difficult to double check the name on the items and the name on the bag before packing (it takes literally 2 seconds).
