Well, Starbucks is Starbucks and I will still go there. I found it all so 'mechanic', like a robot factory. However on the other side of the street there was a Tim Hortons (don't have this in Europe). Much wider selection of food, bites and the cappuccino I had was not bad as well.
It was just more lively at TH (and busier).
Coffee is a matter of taste. Their coffee/cappuccino is ok (I don't mind). Perhaps their are better coffee places, but I was not familiar with the surrounding areas, and I know what their coffee tastes like.
In Europe I would rather drink other coffee brands that do have more taste.
Nevertheless. The place was clean, too many 'laptop users' occupying tables and a typical Starbucks as any Starbucks is.

I enjoy bouncing in the bathroom
Alyssa (sp?) told me it’s against company policy to give vanilla cold foam on the side, even if I pay extra for it. I’ve been getting this exact drink here and at other Starbucks for months with no issue. She then offered a bigger cup as solution, but then proceeded to not fill it up to the top.. tell me that wasn't on purpose... in any other cup I've gotten this drink never has it been that low. At $10+ a drink, that was such a poor experience.. definitely don't want to go back there for a long time!

There is a barista (16-july in the morning) at the drive-thru whose behavior consistently changes the moment she recognizes me. Her attitude becomes noticeably cold and curt responses, if any at all, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. From the time I pull up to the window to the moment I pay and say thank you, she doesn’t utter a single word. No greeting, no acknowledgment just an obvious glare and silence.
It's clear something is off, and her demeanor suggests a personal issue, yet I genuinely have no idea what the problem could be. Our past interactions have been nothing but polite and routine on my end. I’ve never experienced anything remarkable or negative that could explain this treatment.
I come to this location because it’s convenient, but I see no reason to continue subjecting myself to passive-aggressive, unprofessional behavior from specifically this staff member who seems to have decided there’s an issue, without reason or explanation.
I will be protecting my peace of mind and not returning.

I just wanted to get this starbucks like for very first time I just want to tried go to the different house and I called the manager to complain about my drink like I ordered the ice lavender with extra form but like you just give me the phone like there is no ice and there is nothing like it taste disgusting And the stuff the girl at window she’s very rude when I called the manager she’s also very rude no apologies nothing I will never come back to the Starbucks just like reading the name of the Starbucks like this is the service usually the Starbucks it’s very disgusting and they should know how to talk to the customer and don’t make the faces like in front of a customer if customer asking for the extra napkins like that

I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks for over two years, both personally and for my business coffee orders. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing.
I placed a mobile order well in advance (15–18 minutes before arriving), expecting my coffee to be ready when I got there. Not only was it not ready, but the baristas hadn’t even started making it. After standing in the store for a few minutes, they finally began preparing it.
When I brought up the delay, the staff member responded with attitude and said, “We’re busy, that’s the processing time,” without any apology just a dismissive tone and unprofessional body language.

they answer the drive thru so nicely and ask how I'm doing. love all the workers so much, AND I order a frappacino with extra topping and THEY DELIVERED. so yummy

charged themselves a 5$ tip WITHOUT GIVING me the option & as i was too quick to tap my card as i noticed i asked to refund that, again as i wasnt even giving the option on the screen, & they told me “sorry nothing i can do about that you’ll have to call customer service” TOTALLY not okay & super sketchy to not even give me the tip screen just the total.

Generous with the free samples-- they bring the tray around way more than any other location. There are lots of tables and two chair areas for intimate conversations. The large middle table has a capacity for eight and has power outlets. Internet speed is on the low side, 9 Mbps. The large space echos and there is music playing, so it's not great for a zoom call, but the constant indistinct chatter and cafe sounds are great to help focused work.
This Starbucks is in the group that charges lower prices in the region.
There are two free J1772 car chargers, if you know where to look, in the office park next door (600 Weber St N).

This is a smaller restaurant. Everything happens in one room. We met another couple for conversation which was okay, but it was very noisy. I wouldn't do that again. The drinks and service was excellent.

I work out at the gym across the street and often stop here for vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew....the brew is inconsistent...very hit and miss with how it's made. A few times now I've driven home and dumped it down the sink with frustration. The beverages are expensive and when I decided not to do that today and walk back in, I felt completely ganged up on by the three staff working! Asked for a refund and left in angry tears for how I was called out! I am aware that it's made with vanilla cold foam but there was so little of it that the coffee was very dark and bitter! I won't be returning to this location in the future! I live in Elmira and will be waiting for my coffee from that location when I get home!
