charged themselves a 5$ tip WITHOUT GIVING me the option & as i was too quick to tap my card as i noticed i asked to refund that, again as i wasnt even giving the option on the screen, & they told me “sorry nothing i can do about that you’ll have to call customer service” TOTALLY not okay & super sketchy to not even give me the tip screen just the total.

Generous with the free samples-- they bring the tray around way more than any other location. There are lots of tables and two chair areas for intimate conversations. The large middle table has a capacity for eight and has power outlets. Internet speed is on the low side, 9 Mbps. The large space echos and there is music playing, so it's not great for a zoom call, but the constant indistinct chatter and cafe sounds are great to help focused work.

This Starbucks is in the group that charges lower prices in the region.

There are two free J1772 car chargers, if you know where to look, in the office park next door (600 Weber St N).

This is a smaller restaurant. Everything happens in one room. We met another couple for conversation which was okay, but it was very noisy. I wouldn't do that again. The drinks and service was excellent.

I work out at the gym across the street and often stop here for vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew....the brew is inconsistent...very hit and miss with how it's made. A few times now I've driven home and dumped it down the sink with frustration. The beverages are expensive and when I decided not to do that today and walk back in, I felt completely ganged up on by the three staff working! Asked for a refund and left in angry tears for how I was called out! I am aware that it's made with vanilla cold foam but there was so little of it that the coffee was very dark and bitter! I won't be returning to this location in the future! I live in Elmira and will be waiting for my coffee from that location when I get home!

I am giving it a 5 star tell I was there yesterday there was 2 Baristas that where talking about me when I brought back my drink yesterday . I am at this store almost everyday the morning staff is amazing but the two yesterday afternoon where not so nice . The whole thing is it's a drink I drink almost everyday . So I know if it is right or not .

I recently had a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade at this Starbucks, and it was delicious. The drink was good quality. The place was clean but felt a bit cold and not very cozy. Overall, I’d recommend it.

Just ordered the new Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher for $7.85 and got a glass full of ice with some popping bobas and a splash of blue lemonade. If I want to pay that much for ice I’ll buy a bag from the gas station! Last Starbucks drink for a loooooong time. Gouging at its finest.

I ordered 2 drinks and while I was waiting I was in the passenger seat in the drive thru hitting my vape and the “window girl rudely told me not to vape” this is my property and I’m in my own vehicle blowing the smoke the other way. Outrageous!!!!The location was Weber street north waterloo.

Incredibley poor treament as a walk in customer, 7 workers and no one attempted to take my order for 5 minutes, all focused on drive thru who are burning fuel, left to go to Timmy's

This location is good sometimes but very inconsistent and this is the second this week that they’ve gotten my order wrong. Ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap and the lady gave me a mocha frap. Not sure how she mistook my order as the names are pretty different in length.When I tried to confirm it with her she said “oh” and went to remake the drink. What she came back with was a mocha frap blended with some java chips instead of just remaking my order.Pretty disappointed with the customer service.

I recently had a great experience at Starbucks. Emi was friendly and efficient, and she went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect.Overall, customer service was excellent, and I left feeling satisfied and appreciated as a customer.

Had an hour while my daughter was napping at home to go out to read. Thought if I grabbed a quick coffee at Starbucks I could sit for about 40 minutes. Regrettable experience as usual; took 20 minutes to get a basic americano with milk for $5.If this location can’t provide basic drinks in a timely manner they shouldn’t have a drive through attached. I’ve spent on average 15-20 minutes in their drive through on most days I’ve tried too.Will be just sticking to Tim Hortons or staying home from now on
