I came here for my free birthday drink and I guess it didn’t show on the system for the worker, Dipesh, even though my birthday is entered into the app and I’ve had the app for over a year and use it often meaning I should have qualified. I asked Dipesh what he could do to solve this issue and he offered no solution and gave a lousy apology. Even before I ever got the app I’ve never been turned down for my birthday drink and have even had times where the workers don’t even ask for proof. It was all unfortunate and I didn’t appreciate the lack of help/resolve from the worker.

I recently had an issue at the store while picking up my mobile order at Starbucks. The black employee left the store unattended for more than 10 minutes, which was inconvenient. I usually enjoy shopping at Zehrs and appreciate the friendly service from most other staff working at zehrs. However, when I see this particular employee, I tend to avoid getting my usual coffee at Starbucks, as past interactions have felt unprofessional. I hope this feedback can help improve the overall customer experience moving forward.

Worst experience ever. Had asked for mango dragon fruit lemonade with No ice. Never knew when you say no ice they add water instead and a lot of water, that my usual drink which has bright pink color would look and test exactly like water. When asked they said when there is ice there won’t be any pink color. Didn’t know that ice would bring the bright pink color. Lol. Jokes apart, when I asked that they make my drink with no ice no water this time they charged me extra $1.05 after that also the drink was bad and the attitude of the guy (Foster was his name or last name) making the drink was worse and he was trying to prove that other starbucks locations makes whatever when they are busy but what he is making is upto “STARBUCKS STANDARD”. Won’t be back here. Never at this location

Asked for a venti. Charged me for a grande but I didn’t notice because the order was big. Wouldn’t remake it even though I agreed to the price difference. Shameful and lazy. Won’t be back. July 20, 2024 3pm
I usually don't leave a review but this place is wholesome. I was having a rough day. I was tired and exhausted because of my work. Both two guys (Forgot their name) were very friendly and cheerful. They kept me engaged while I was there. I ordered strawberry creme frap venti and the guy working at the bar made my drink perfectly and even decorated the frap which eventually lifted my mood. Service was better than the original Starbucks. I have to visit this location often to meet those two guys. Keep up the good work guys.

Everytime i order a frappacino mocca no whipped cream i get a cookie crumble that taste salty. I always have to take it back. So ridiculous. This is the 4th time. And i always ask for less ice on my refresher and its printed on the label but always gets more. Staff really need to pay attention l. This place is terrible so I now go to the Indigo books ones.
