The first picture of the lavender matcha is from another store and the all green one is also lavender matcha but from the society starbucks. đamazing how itâs the same drink but the second one has no lavender and we asked for extra lavender but amazingly there is no lavender to begin with!!!!!!! And when we told them she justified it by saying oh light ice makes the lavender sink tell me how it didnât do that on the first drink that was also light ice. If i ask for anything extra they donât hesitate to charge me for it but they hesitate to give it to me itâs like a damn gamble will the drink be good or not and I shouldnât have to worry about that when I paid almost $25 dollars for two drinks it should be good regardless. Fix ur employees and teach them how to make drinks properly and if ur teaching them to charge for everything teach them to add everything as wellđ„°The audacity to ask for a tip on top of this! Have a good dayđ

worst lavender matcha i had. WHERES THE LAVENDER. paid so much specifically said extra lavender foam a lot of it . and i literally got nothing taste like a regular matcha . tried to tell someone but they tried justifying the mechanism of the dam drink like bruh

Same experience as others. Last Saturday I placed an online order and got there and there was a handwritten sign saying due to unforeseen circumstances they had to close today and my money was never put back and I definitely didnât get my drinks. Very frustrated about this.

Placed a mobile order for this Starbucks (145 Columbia St. W, Waterloo) and the app happily took my money, then I showed up to find the doors locked with a handwritten note saying they âhad to close unexpectedly.â If youâre closed, the app should not allow ordersâperiod. No warning, no proactive cancellation, no update until youâre standing outside in the cold feeling ripped off. This is beyond frustrating. Starbucks needs to fix the system so customers arenât charged for orders a store canât fulfill, and the store needs better communication when it shuts down. I want a refund and an explanation.

Good location but no parking nearby
Came here a few times, always have a bad experience. First, drinks are never made well. Never filled to the top, and when itâs a customized order, there is always something wrong. Second, bad customer service. Made me wait when they clearly saw me and continued chatting with their coworkers. It used to be good when it first opened up, but kept on getting worse. Donât come to this location.

Almost, all the time they donât have food products available. Itâs better if they just remove those items from the menu

I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks around February of this year. I was given what I would say is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life by one of the workers at this starbucks. I believe her name was cal and she had red hair, bangs, and was one of the most awful people Ive ever had serve me. She was disrespectful, rude, and discriminated against me for the colour of my skin. Not only did she provide me with a horrible customer experience but she also messed up my order after making me wait for a ridiculous amount of time (all while serving other customers) and then refused to fix it. I was extremely upset and honestly my whole day was ruined. I usually love starbucks but I will not be returning to this location ever again because of this horrible service and this awful experience. Management is ridiculous for hiring someone with such little class and so much entitlement, disrespect, and lack of customer service skills. I hope that little racist girl gets whatâs coming to her as that experience left me shaken and more angry than you can imagine. I really do not recommend going here, at least choose a different location with staff who is more competent than this.

This is the first Starbucks in Waterloo I've been to that isn't run-down. It's very clean, bright, and well taken care of. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. Reminds me of Starbucks you find around the world. I found out that it is privately owned which goes to show what a business should be like. Although an hour walk from my home, it will be my go-to Starbucks on my long walks. Bravo Zulu!
