Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's usually quite crowded due to location and all the students. I find my drinks are usually underfilled when I come here (like an inch or more below the rim) so I would recommend checking your drink before you leave if it's a hot coffee. They've always been nice enough to fix the drink for me though.
I'm introvert person and I'm really anxious eating outside, but thanks for the warm atmosphere and great drinks! Thanks also to my wife making time for me just to take a sip of coffee outside
