Bad experience in the morning. I ordered one hot cappuccino to start my day, but they ruined it. The cup was only 1/3rd filled and rest of it was foam. And if felt like i am just drinking hot milk with extra sugar. Never going to order from them again.

I've given a four for inconsistency. About 3/4 of the time the service and staff are great, but 1/4 they have a sullen indifference. Overall, I recommend it and if you have a bad experience the first time, try again.

Went to another location of Starbucks yesterday, ordered a cappuccino iced, they said no problem and made it for me.
Went to this location today, ordered the same thing, they said it doesn't exist and they can't make that. Then why did they make it for me at another location yesterday?
Also they only have water in cardboard boxes not bottles?? What's kind of insanity is that?
