I used to love coming here—staff were kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Lately, though, the newer employees just don’t seem welcoming. I've visited twice recently (around 5–7pm), and most of the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. When I ask for something, it feels like I’m bothering them. They chat among themselves but show little interest in being kind to customers.
Others I know have noticed the same and switched locations. The counter staff in particular need better customer service training. It's disappointing because the food and drinks are great—but good service should come with the price.
That said, one girl around 7pm with shorter brown hair in a ponytail was nice. I hope things improve. The 265 Weber location has much friendlier service.

Me and friend just came back from a horrible exam feeling super sad and 2 of the sweetest baristas made our day; exceptional customer service! Great drink recommendation! I didn’t catch the name of the two ladies but we were at Starbucks Monday at around 3, thank you for being so friendly and positive; really turned my day around.

Just went to starbucks after a miserable exam wasn’t in the greatest of moods. 2 of the baristas were so sweet and gave me and my friend a cake pop and a tester of a drink. My day went from a 0 to a 100:))

Bad experience in the morning. I ordered one hot cappuccino to start my day, but they ruined it. The cup was only 1/3rd filled and rest of it was foam. And if felt like i am just drinking hot milk with extra sugar. Never going to order from them again.
I've given a four for inconsistency. About 3/4 of the time the service and staff are great, but 1/4 they have a sullen indifference. Overall, I recommend it and if you have a bad experience the first time, try again.
