Hi there! I had came in closer to closing about 8:45/9 to a location closing at 930 although I don’t believe this is what affected the quality of food. I had ordered a an iced pumpkin cream chai latte and a fox cookie as well as a regular iced coffee. The drinks seemed to be quite watery, as i usually order the same exact thing every time and am a regular Starbucks customer. Unfortunately, I am unsure if the labelling of the expiry on the cookie was correct. The server had tossed the cookie over to me, and upon opening and consuming it was very dry and brittle, not having the same taste or mouthfeel as usual. The icing was completely seperated from the cookie itself, and was flexible in an odd manner when breaking the cookie. Unfortunate, I did not enjoy my Starbucks experience, as I typically do. Possibly, it is just the location, although I do have expiry date concerns.

I had Iced Pecan crunch oat latte and it was just sooo amazing, I guess it was the best latte I ever tried. Barista girl Faith made my coffee , Faith you are an amazing Barista 💯 💃🏼

I thought Starbucks was a better company they closed there dinning room early. What am I supposed to do when I don't have my car. Just wanted a coffee.

Noisy and cramped. The air conditioner makes a loud drumming noise that echos so loudly through the location you can't even hear the music, which is also blaringly loud. Everyone needs to shout to be heard across the tables and sound bounces everywhere. Internet speed is disappointingly low, and the tables are places so closely together you can't even slide between them to sit down.
The drive through is always busy, and it is prioritized so if you come in you can expect to wait a while to get even simple orders.
Internet speed is very low, but there are several tables where power outlets are available.

5 stars all around! This was a wonderful experience the staff especially ferrel (spelling?) were fantastic energetic and so happy and welcoming. Will definitely give patronage again!

I had a disappointing experience this morning at the Starbucks location. I usually bring my small dog with me to pick up my order, which I've done at most Starbucks in Waterloo without any issues. Today, however, I wasn't aware of the store's policy against carrying my dog, even though my order was to go and I only stay inside for about 30 seconds. The attitude from the young barista was pretty tough to handle. I pre-ordered using the app because my dog was with me, but there wasn't an option to order a pup cup. When my order was ready, I quickly popped in with my dog in my arms to grab my drink and asked for a pup cup. Unfortunately, the barista scolded me and asked me to leave, making me feel quite uncomfortable. I tried to explain that I was just picking up my order and couldn't order the pup cup on the app, but she didn't acknowledge me and walked away after getting it. It's disappointing when experiences like this happen, especially when other Starbucks locations have been so welcoming in similar situations.
Parking: drivethru blocks most of the parking lot in that area, including the spots around the Store. Its a shame given they are not the only store at this plaza, yet their drivethru causes the most inconvenience

Paying nearly $10 for a drink that’s 10% what it’s supposed to be and 90% ice is insane. And then also asking for a tip?? Bye.
