I had a rather unusual experience here. I stood waiting to order for about five minutes, but no one asked if I was ready to place my order. I also noticed something interesting: while some customers received cups with cheerful notes like “Have a nice day,” I couldn’t help but see that none of the Asian customers’ cups had such messages. It might have been a coincidence, but it definitely stood out to me.

Dear Starbucks,
I am a loyal customer of Starbucks, and I recently visited one of your locations. I was in urgent need of using the restroom, but I was informed by a staff member named ''Brandon''
that I needed to make a purchase before being granted access.
While I understand that policies may vary, I found this request to be quite unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering Starbucks' reputation as a major global brand. I believe that access to basic amenities like restrooms should be available to all customers, regardless of immediate purchases.
I would appreciate it if you could review this practice to ensure it aligns with the level of customer service that Starbucks is known for.

I’ve been a regular customer at Starbucks, and I’d like to highlight one of the many exceptional experiences I’ve had with their team.
On a particularly tough day at work, I asked them to surprise me with something comforting. Without hesitation, they brought me a mozzarella sandwich and Maple pancakes—exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
It lifted my mood and satisfied my hunger. A special shoutout to Mia for her kindness and thoughtfulness—she’s a truly wonderful person and a great representative of the Starbucks spirit.

never going here again. i am a frequent customer here and i order the same drink EVERY time. today i ordered a 9$ drink and got half a cup of matcha and bad service in return. i asked them to re make it, and just got disrespect.

I went to this Starbucks to pick up a delivery order, and the pickup note clearly said to use the drive-thru. I followed the instructions, but the staff at the drive-thru window was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of assisting, she rudely told me to go inside without any explanation, even though the note told me to use the drive-thru.
As a delivery driver, time and clear communication matter. This kind of attitude is not only unprofessional but also creates confusion and delays for everyone involved. If the store does not allow pickup via drive-thru, they should update the instructions to reflect that, rather than blaming the driver for following what the system says.

On Tuesday, June 7, at 9:45 am
I went to this location for coffee , and there were 6 employees.
And no body was in line , I waited for 5 minutes, and none of them came to take my order. They were all talking to each other and totally ignored me. I left the store very disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Was serve by Emily today. Coffee are consistent unlike some other starbucks stores. They have a drive through. When there is spillage staff works on it right away and sign is put on to informed guest about slippery floor.

I can't be 100% sure of this BUT if you have the same experience, this Starbucks might be the culprit.
On Mar.21/25 my teen daughter bought a fancy milky drink and the next day she had symptoms of food poisoning that lasted a week. I never connected the two.
Then just the other day on May 3rd, she again got the same drink (I'll update when I have exactly what it was) and within 24 hours (so yesterday evening) she again has the exact same food poisoning symptoms.
Like I said, I can't be 100% sure that she is getting poisoned from this store but this is the only constant and it's the exact same drink and timing and it's happened twice.

Worst experience ever....
Worst thing I got from this Starbucks as the employee made several mistakes while making my order. In the beginning I told less ice and the employee filled the whole cup with ice, second thing was less fruit pieces in it, third less coconut milk, less syrup which made my experience worst and also the drink.
