took almost 30 mins for my order… if i didnt ask them what happened with my order they might have never made it :/ they apologized but seems like bad service is a running theme here

I have always come to this starbucks and ordered my normal order which is iced coffee with classic syrup and splash of 2% milk and splash of half and half in my whole first year of university i have never had a problem ordering this they would make me it and hand it but today I have never seen this woman work here until today and she said to me as I was ordering the exact order i always get no problem at this specific location she goes and says to me the milk and the cream will be at the end and i said ive always ordered the exact same thing in person and they do it for me and she kept saying its only because its online you can order that and I said no I’ve ordered this in person as well and brushed it off. Then at the end I told another lady can you add a splash of 2% milk and half and half she sounded unsure but then the lady i ordered with came up and put the milk and cream down and said here you put your own milk and cream and told her co worker who I’ve seen work here before something along the lines you can’t order that in person you put your own milk and cream and she had grey bangs ish and pinkish purpleish glasses on and threw her hands up and went back to her cashier stand. As I was ordering too and mentioned it she was rude and had attitude when I was being polite and then once she started giving attitude I gave it back and started saying I normally get this. I have never once in my life had such an experience with starbucks. This was honestly very rude and ruined my day I had to go to the starbucks down the street at king and order there and it was perfectly fine. Everyone was understanding except the one with pinkish purpleish glasses. I hope no one ever goes through what I just had to go through.

I’ve now had two experiences of placing a mobile order and then being told they ran out of both things I ordered (food and drink), and they ask to replace it with something else (usually something completely unrelated to what I ordered, like a chai when I wanted a sugar cookie cold brew). It’s extremely disappointing that they advertise mobile ordering when it’s clearly not working properly, as the app doesn’t show updated stock. When I ordered a pumpkin loaf the only thing they could replace it with was a pineapple cloud cake which was quite frankly the opposite of what I wanted. It’s really unfortunate that the location is so convenient but the service is severely lacking. I’ve looked at other recent reviews and everyone is saying the same thing - please provide your staff with proper training and get more stock!!! I don’t think it’s fair for students to pay for things they aren’t even getting. Please do better…

Avoid this location if you can. Very understaffed leading to slow service, mistakes with orders, and dirty bathrooms. Inexplicably doesn't allow mobile orders

Their staff seem to lack sufficient training, often making mistakes with orders. After you place an order, the staff will ask you, "XX is out of stock, can I replace it with chai tea?" Unless you really like chai tea, it's better to go to Tims in the science building. At least they can offer you something other than chai.

The worst java chip, i have ever had. The server first made me a java chip which had no coffee in it. And after i complained, she made me a new one but that one had no chocolate drizzle and no brownie pieces on it and taste was also very bad.

Terrible service, told us they were closing when we showed up an hour before their posted close time. When I ordered they were slow and messed up my order, and on top of that were incredibly slow to make my order.
