Ordered a drink, when it was made it was made wrong then I was told it's impossible to make how it was ordered and one staff member made a big deal.. if it can't be made, why was I able to purchase it? The attitude that came along with it was totally unnecessary, too.

Awesome location, good drive through. Staff would have no problem getting a job at Chic Fil A.
It's Starbucks, so prices are hit or miss. Read the menu and be careful what you order. Delicious coffee.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! I made a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The staff at the window seemed unhappy and rudely told me to wait 5 minutes after placing my order next time. Her attitude was very unprofessional and confusing like where is policy shows customer need to make order before they arrive??????you have to tell that to Starbucks IT department not your customer lol

Ordered an ice latte on Friday and asked staff if 25% off was applied. She confirmed it was. I also ordered a wrap. My latte was made and I checked my account and realized 25% was not applied. I asked the staff who made the latte and she said I had to speak to someone else. I said I just ordered it and she confirmed it was applied (I had ordered the same the previous Friday and could tell 25% was not applied). Then another staff, Martina comes and asks how and when I ordered. I point at the other staff right beside her who has all this time played deaf and repeat that I just ordered with her ans she confirmed shr had applied the discount. Martina gets upset and defensive and in a very bad manner says I don't know, I have to ask because I was not here. I repeat the same and she proceeds to reimburse the amount for the latte and then charge it again with the discount. Then of course they made me wait forever for the wrap. I seriously don't understand how bad this service was. One staff lied, the other got upset because I asked for what I was entitled and the one that lied played deaf all the time. I am never coming back to this location. This is not starbucks service standards at all

Very rude staff..I went there to get my free birthday drink and they didn't know how to talk with customer..spoiled my mood on my birthday..I would give them 0 star if it could possible..

Their overall attitude towards customers are not welcoming and kind at all. Rude and arrogant....feels like they don't want to hear anything about customer's complains or requests for anything. Very dissapointed... This place never used to be like this...

Asked for a lavender oat latte as it was on the website then got told it was not available as it was a seasonal item. Wife disappointed by false advertising.
I love this Starbucks,I stop here before my shift at work all the time and everyone here is super kind and fun. Genuinely polite and friendly staff, always a good experience and leave with an amazing drink! feel like places often get more bad reviews then good, so happy easter and I hope you all have an amazing day. :)

The man Alex working was rude and obnoxious..... Was very short with the customer in front me, literally rolled his eyes at her ! Unbelievable! Then took my order with a sarcasm tone and then began to sing at the very top of his lungs as if his job was to be a professional singer... Complete lack of professionalism and very embarassing to witness other people sitting looking at each other uncomfortably..... Wanted to do some work but decided to leave immediately.... Not sure this is the kind of person you want to be representing your company Starbies. NOT happy ....
