3 different times I've ordered the same coffee I have ordered 50+ times and this location seems to always screw it up! The first time I thought that maybe, just maybe I messed it up. Which is pretty impossible since I consciously make sure I say it slow and clear. The second time at this location I specifically made sure I clearly placed my order. Again, the messed it up, but not the same as the first time. NOPE! First time they didn't add vanilla, second time they didn't give me Blonde coffee and this last time they didn't make it a latte! Three coffees i paid for and didn't get what I ordered!!

I had such a lovely experience at this Starbucks tonight. I walked in just wanting something really low in sugar (or even sugar free) and the two young ladies working were absolute gems. (July 16 at 7 pm)

They didn’t rush me, they asked thoughtful questions and genuinely cared about helping me find something I’d enjoy. It might seem small, but when you’re being mindful of sugar intake and still want a treat, it means a lot to have a business support that.

They made me a delicious low sugar vanilla frap and we left feeling so happy. These two ladies were some of the kindest and most thoughtful staff I’ve come across at this location and I’ve been here many times. You don’t always get this level of warmth or care, but tonight was different. These ladies really left an impression on me so I'd just like to say thank you again! I hope your company sees how fantastic you are because I truly appreciated your kindness and care!

Worst Starbucks in the area! They messed up our drink and used dairy even though we ordered non dairy and specifically specified an allergy. When we realized the mistake and called this location they showed no remorse and acted like it was a non issue. They did offer a refund but I had to go back to the location and they tried to just make me a new drink instead of refunding me. Thanks for ruining my weekend!

Service is really hit or miss here. The most recent example: placed a mobile order in advance, pulled into an empty drive thru and was asked to wait in the parking lot. Not a huge deal, even if it was a quiet morning. Then, because it was raining, the employee now had to run to my vehicle and quickly hand me my drink so as to not get too wet. Again, not a huge deal, but they could have saved themselves the hassle.

The real problem comes when I start driving and take a sip of my drink. For reference, I ordered a mocha frappe and instead, I was served a matcha frappe. The label on the drink even says Mocha, but that green is unmistakable. Should I have paid closer attention when I was handed the drink? Yes. Was I also rushing to put it away and close my window so as to not get wet as I was now more open to the rain in the parking lot? Also yes. I'd have been late to my meeting if I had turned around once I'd noticed to get it remade.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff are always friendly and welcoming! Specifically today i wanted to mention the staff were super sweet and understanding, I went into the store after being in the drive thru as they forgot to add in oat milk to my iced chai. I can’t have dairy and they made a new drink for me no problem! I always don’t like to be that customer and they didn’t make me feel stupid they were very friendly about it!

Ordered a drink, when it was made it was made wrong then I was told it's impossible to make how it was ordered and one staff member made a big deal.. if it can't be made, why was I able to purchase it? The attitude that came along with it was totally unnecessary, too.

Awesome location, good drive through. Staff would have no problem getting a job at Chic Fil A.

It's Starbucks, so prices are hit or miss. Read the menu and be careful what you order.
