Usually very busy, so wait times are understandable but they usually miss details of drinks (ex. Caramel drizzle). Customer service is good otherwise, but it’s a small location so it’s hard to pick up your drink and long lines to order.

Awful taste of drinks for the same price as “real” Starbucks drinks; the quality of drink is not even close. Also most of time, the clerks here do not know about the menu and struggling punch it in the machine. No choice but to use location-wise, but they shouldn’t use the brand name “Starbucks” and get the same price for it when they don’t know what they’re doing. The Starbucks ads “the first sip feeling” not working here; rather, it’s opposite-the first sip feeling “terrible” and I have to bear with it. Starbucks really needs to do quality control for campus ones because this one is like mass production factory. To be honest, waste of money; why don’t I just buy cheap coffee from Timmy’s?; maybe the quality can be better with reasonable price there.
I ordered caramel macchiato and what they made was with spoiled milk… that has curdled. Also they should add more starbucks branches in the campus 😭

Google says they are open until 6, but they were already closed and packed up by 5???????
This Starbucks is one I frequent often. Although it doesn’t seem to follow the usual Starbucks rewards system, I’m okay with that. The drinks it serves have never let me down—after all, on a drowsy afternoon, a lifesaving cup of coffee is all you really need, isn’t it?

I asked for no ice, but I keep getting normal amount of ices in my drink. It has been 5 times already.
Standard Starbucks fare. The staff try their best with big rushes of students ordering complex drinks.

I’m grateful for the Starbucks here but the system here is not good. They don’t follow the Starbucks rewards system. I get charged something different for my drink ever week it feels like. Also the manager has loud conversations with workers about how to charge and just seems annoyed with my order. Also I came tn google says there hours are till 7pm gonna get something to get me through class and instead I get nothing because it is closed. The saving grace is Karen who provides amazing service, a great attitude, and remembers my order.

Convenient location. Messing up the drinks. Couldn’t go back to get another drink. Ended up not drinking the one they made for me.
The worst work place ever! The managers are agitated all the time and the old staff (more experienced) yell at you for no reason. It seemed like they did it on purpose to make you leave because they don’t like you or you’re not obedient enough. It’s like a test to see if you’re obedient enough to work there. The more experienced staff and managers can do whatever they want to you because they would always have a reason. For example, one manager can be very rude and very impatient to you because she’s very busy with scheduling for next week’s shifts. And you’re not allowed to be frustrated about it because they’re managers. When I was getting trained, the trainer provided very very little help or support. The trainer just said”Go get the next drink and do it!” It was my first time making drinks, so I wasn’t very familiar about the process yet. I was unsure about how many pumps or shots to put in to the drink, so I was a bit hesitant. The trainer was ALWAYS busy with making other drinks and didn’t give me a chance to ask questions. There’re always WAY TOO MANY people around the bar, so it’s hard for me to turn around and walk to the other side of the bar to ask questions. The trainer would be mad and rude at you because you didn’t remember every single thing (such as acronyms for the drinks) from the manual on your first shift at the bar. Also, they would exclude you and joke around with other people, which makes you feel like you’re the only one that’s doing poorly. The old staff had the same authority as the managers. They ALWAYS use the commanding tone when talking to you, and everyone thinks it’s normal. No one ever say “….please” “Could you…” or anything that make them sound polite. They just say”Go do….” They can also raise their voice and yell at you whenever they want. The manager and the old staff always speak in their own language which you don’t understand. And they absolutely do not care if you’re excluded or not. Again, it’s a very non-inclusive work environment, and only the people who are obedient enough can survive. It’s a licensed store, meaning it’s privately owned by the university, so you can’t get help from the “partner support” like a regular Starbucks. So disappointed about the Starbucks culture.
Starbucks lines are often long, but that is only because of the volume of students. The workers actually move through the line quickly. Starbucks is not a full service location and do not honour rewards, unfortunately.
Bitter
Being a student environment, it's quite crowded. But the staff were fast and courteous.
