$11 overpriced drink was made completely wrong and instead of asking if they could make it right, they were condescending and didn’t even ask if they could replace it with the drink I was actually looking for after I expressed my displeasure. Disappointing tbh.

Male Manager displayed very unprofessional behaviour during my visit!
Three young women misplaced their bag in a location near his supplies. He proceeded to rudely argue with them the second time about placement of their bag.
He only stopped arguing with them when another customer intervened. The manager then left and went into the back of the store.
He called security and two security guards had the ladies escorted out of store. The ladies were not being aggressive or rude. They did not deserve this treatment from anyone let alone a manager.
I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing experience.

No complains about food. But I have never stood in line for 20 + mins for a coffee even while fully staffed and only 3 people ahead of me.
Update. I order 10 mins ago STILL HAVEN'T STARTED MY DRINK
30 mins in. No drink. It's not even busy

I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any place in my entire life, I went to Starbucks about a week or so ago with my baby and was served by this awful person name Erwin/ Ervin he did not greet me(which was fine) and then I ordered a latte that’s usually a little under $7, he up charged me $9 & he kept repeating the price to me even though I didn’t ask him to. Anyway I brought my own cup which I told him and he didn’t take the cup from me, so I gave it to someone else because he already walked off. After thinking about the price some more I figured the extra topping I ordered shouldn’t cost $3 so I asked the cashier why the $9 and while she was looking through the receipt Erwin interrupted and said he charged me $2 for my own cup & when I asked him why, he accused me of shouting at him & told me to leave and called security on me. I asked him for a refund & told him I’m not shouting & that we are literally using the same tone, mind u I’m 5’2 118 pounds very small female & he felt the need to kick me and my young baby out into the cold -8 temperature. Also he claimed that he was the manager and he owned the store which didn’t make sense because Starbucks isn’t a franchise, it was so embarrassing, security came and escorted me out & I told them I’m not going outside into the cold with my young baby and since this Starbucks is inside indigo I walked over to indigo and exited from there. Security said since Starbucks isn’t owned by the mall they can do whatever they want and kick people out for any reason. I called another Starbucks to complain and was told Erwin/Ervin was not the manager and he was just in charge because the manager was not present that day. Anyway nothing came of it and I would advise people to just buy from the Starbucks at Zehrs if u are in Conestoga mall to save yourself from embarrassment.

I love this place! Sam with the pink hair is the ABSOLUTE best. She is always so kind and helpful and makes the best drinks! She keeps me coming back! Thank you!

If I could give this place less then 1 star I would it deserves 0. The manger John there is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off he verbally abused me and then had the audacity to say I won’t be getting a refund and threatened to call security on me even after I have paid and was waiting for my drink to be made even after 20 mins and may other people who came in after me their orders were flying out the door I had enough and spoke up that’s when John flew into a rage and threatened security and no refund don’t even bother here go to the one at Zehrs in the mall or the other one across the from the mall and save your self a call to the customer service hotline for your refund and the verbal abuse. Do better

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and I’ve never had a bad experience!! The one employee Arvic is outstanding! His customer service is amazing and never fails to brighten my day! He knows my drink and always makes it perfect:) he deserves a raise and much more! Apart from him all the other employee are always amazing and never disappoints!

Today the cashier was very slow and so did the barrista just making regular coffee. It took them 10 minutes ☹️

Its Starbucks, so you know what to expect but the music is SO LOUD I can't hear what the baristas are saying or have a conversation without yelling. I've never been to another Starbucks where the music is this loud. I like to go to them sometimes to work, and I would recommend doing that at this one because you can't think over the music
