All the staff worked so well together and the atmosphere was exceptional and the food perfect for us. Noise level enthusiastic though we were accommodated to have a table that suited a hard of hearing guest.

We went for a Birthday drink around 7:30 pm. We were asked if we were celebrating anything and we told them it was for a Birthday. Most restaurants do something for you on your Birthday...they did nothing! Not a big deal, just surprising. We didn't have food, so can't comment on that. But it is extremely loud in the dining area and as a result we had to really raise our voices just to talk to each other. The staff were very professional, but I would not go back again due to the noice. A nice place, but disappointing.

They allowed a table of 8 wild young children ( approximately 4yr-7yr) to sit by themselves while the adults were at a separate table ignoring them. Only after our meals were delivered did the staff offer to move us due to the kicking of my back, climbing over the booth, screaming in my ear, etc. They should not have sat anyone near this table, period. They did knock off our drink order from the bill as a consolation, but the whole experience was awful. Grilled chicken on top of my salad was dry, dressing was wrong, Caesar drink tasted awful. Terribly long wait for staff. I've been to Bauer many times, and always enjoy it, but sadly I will not return.

Hands down, they have the best service staff and food! I always enjoy having their SZECHUAN SEARED YELLOWFIN TUNA Bowl, so delightful and yummy! This is definitely my favourite place in the tricities for their ambience, service and menu. Definitely Try their tempura veg maki rolls, absolutely delicious!

Loved our server, our meal, and the ambiance of Bauer Kitchen. Our server was very knowledgeable about the drinks/menu, as well as the food menu; she had suggestions for all of us when we ordered. The lighting is perfect, in my opinion, and I like a little "noise" when I go to eat here. It wasn't "loud", but a nice bit of background chatter was heard. We had 2 starters that came quickly, and were delicious. We had sweet potato wedges w/chipotle aioli, and the baked cheese & spinach dip. I could have licked the bowls w/the dip and aioli, clean - SO good. We all had different mains, but all were insanely delicious (one burger, 2 gnocchi, and 2 steak salad bowls. I could have eaten 2 of everyone's meals had I been able to! We did not have dessert, but it was a birthday celebration, so the kitchen kindly sent out a delectable carrot cake for the birthday girl. We had a bottle of wine between 3 of us - the server recommended it and it was perfect (a white from New Zealand). I have enjoyed every meal and visit I've had to Bauer Kitchen over the years. I will definitely be back!

It's a really fun restaurant to go for a first date. There's lots of people watching and feels like you're in a movie however I was with three other people and we all ordered beverages at the same time. My beverage arrived 25 minutes after everyone elses did. I would say that I waited approximately 40 minutes to get a cocktail from the bar. I also ordered soup and was not provided with a spoon and had to flag down a server to get one. I wouldn't go there if you want to talk to friends but it would be fun to sit at the bar or for a first date.

Amazing food! Shawn was our server and he was top notch! It's hard to find GOOD and ATTENTIVE servers today and Shawn had it nailed to a tee! We were all amazed at his attentiveness! We're definitely going back ?

Server did not come back after checking on us as soon as we got our food. I wanted a glass of wine with my dinner but by the time we could find her it was getting late. I ordered it as others were having dessert but I still waited 15 minutes. Ended up cancelling the wine as everyone was done and wanted to leave. Disappointing as it was my birthday dinner. Food was excellent though.

I have always had great experiences at The Bauer Kitchen. First time dining outside which was also great. It was a quiet Monday lunch hour which made it ideal for our business meeting.

We celebrated our anniversary, from the time we sat down to the time we left we were treated amazingly. My son and I ordered the lamb which literally fell off the bone. My wife ordered the short rib gnocchi and it was rich and delicious. Thank you Bryan and to the lovely manager (sorry we didn't catch your name) who served us our wine and photo op.

Went for Saturday brunch - wonderful food, cozy atmosphere, and great service (our waitress was Kathleen). Smoked salmon eggs benedict was perfectly done, chicken bowls (meat AND plant-based) were both delicious, portion sizes overall were generous, cappuccino creme brulee was BEST we have EVER tasted, and service was truly outstanding. Will definitely return and recommend to others!

The mushroom soup was maybe a cup ........pure sodium. Brought me the pepper soup. Salad was wilted and no flavour and maybe a teaspoon of additives. Meal wasn't worth $5.00. This meal cost $65.00. That is absurd. I (we) were so very disappointed. I could have had a top notch fresh salad at Wendy's. Your reputation is flawed. We were so looking forward to a great experience.
