I really love it here, I always come back because it really is one of my favourite dining spots in the region. I love the gluten free + plant based menus, and they weren't just a few options like a lot of other places, they were abundant and had a lot of variety. Our server was very kind and accommodating. We had multiple people come in and check on us to ensure we had everything we needed. And the food was fantastic! I got the salmon with a fresh dill cream and my partner got the featured dish which was a beef short rib with polenta and vegetables. One of our friends who joined us got the roasted chicken and the other got a vegan sandwich, which they both raved about. The three of us shared the spinach dip, which was delicious, especially since they included some caramelized onions on the top, and it added a lovely unique twist to one of my favourite appetizers ever. We also got the gluten free version, which came with a gluten free flatbread and those were so good as well. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back!

I have never had a less than amazing experience at Bauer Kitchen. Server and hostess were attentive and took care of our requests. Food and drinks were great, and the environment was lovely as always (albeit a bit loud). I look forward to many more visits!

Our second time as a couple on separate anniversary days and of course the setting and food and service were exceptional. Our requests were met with enthusiasm and served with fulfillment by Olivia. It was Valentine's Day and our first time was our anniversary. Needless to say we will be coming back again for each milestone affair. Thank you.

Best place in town for upscale casual. Ahi , yellowfin very good. Everything is delicious. Signature drinks are always good. Calamari is done right, crispy and tender. Fun noisy atmosphere... 😀 Consistent. B

The Bauer Kitchen is always enjoyable, and brunch today was no exception. For our table of four, everything from coffee to mains and cocktails were well executed. All staff - host, floor manager, every person who brought us drinks or food - were professional, helpful and friendly. Our server, Lauren, went out of her way to contribute to a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit.

First time trying Bauer Kitchen and was not disappointed. Service from Daniel was helpful and considerate. We had the short rib and wild mushroom gnocchi which was interesting paired with horseradish and hickory stick garnish. The gnocchi itself was perfect texture, the horseradish a good balancer with the short rib. I wish the mushroom was more porchini forward for a richer flavor but I enjoyed the unique experience. Old fashioned cocktail was on point and coffee and dessert were a nice way to extend the experience. I'll hand it to the service though as we were catching up with good friends and were able to stay well past a normal table service to keep chatting and continual water service was provided after we paid for the meal which was very appreciated and comforting. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying our some other meal offerings.

Had a lovely time celebrating what would've been my mother's 80th birthday. Rae our server was fantastic!!! it was a very sad time for me as I also just lost my father. She made the evening very fun and stress-free. I really appreciated that. The food was fantastic as always!!
