Today i ordered a sandwich from my phone so she can prepere it for me because i am in such a hurry, she said ok, then i went to the store and saw her standing doing absolutely nothing, she made me be late to my work. This is ridiculous i told her i live right near the boardwalk, and her attitude was so bad, service was bad and the sandwich wasnt even made well. Please fix your employees.

HelloCame to the store at 7:20pm and there’re two guys at the counter gossiping around and I was asking about the order. And in the middle of the conversation, he said sorry its 7:30pm and we dont accept orders where in the store closes at “8PM”. If the guys are in a hurry to close store and leave then there’re tons of people outside without a job, might be better to consider more efficient staff! Thank you.

I've been a regular at this Subway for years, and it never disappoints. Akshar, Bhumit & Deep are very friendly, polite, the owner is hands-on and the food is consistently great. Clean environment, ample parking – a top-notch spot for a quick and tasty bite!

The staff (the Indian lady) just ignored my 'good-day' greeting without an answer today. I left that shop with a bad feeling, and may not visit this shop again. Actually, I visited this shop some times, and was quite satisfied with that staff, but the attitude she showed today was very unpleasant. I wonder whether it was the reason for the NO TIP. If it's so, then she made a really big mistake because the tip comes from a good service, which I didn't get today. Moreover, I think as it is not a dine-in restaurant, there is no reason to give a tip. Anyway, I'll cross out this shop from my fav places.

I I called to resolve it and ofdered to provide proof of the payment was told to go online and file a complaint about the app. Which I have done. I asked for a supervisor or shift leader or manager and the representative hung up on me. As such this location has lost my business forever.
