worst subway experience ever. out of almost all types of bread, no mayo, no sub sauce, took forever to make the food and put incredibly small amounts of toppings, then doused my sub in sauce when i specifically asked for only a little. also didnt take coupons at the end so i had to pay full price ):

Ordered on the uw food app, sub is always prepared slower than the estimated time, and food is often past its due date. Bread will be stale and hard, possibly almost moldy, and will contain vegetables that are clearly not good anymore. Unexpected from such a large franchise, especially on campus.

(they will take 30+ mins, not 7 like they claim , no matter if they got 5 people behind the counter)

I don’t recommend anyone to try their rice bowl. I tried the chicken rice bowl at this Subway twice, and both times it gave me diarrhea.

Service is slow and unprofessional, unsanitary and they don't even know what you ordered when you check out leading to wrong prices. Also they are very anti-lgbtq. They constantly mess up orders make you wait a long time before you can leave. Staff here definitely need serious retraining.

They were out of sweet onion sauce , didnt make the sandwich right and took too long at the register.

Really poor attitude from one of the plus size female staff.

Cross contamination everywhere as a warning for anyone with allergies. Had beef, pieces of chicken and the wrong sauce in sub. You will watch them make your sandwich for over 10 minutes so if you’re between classes I’d suggest not getting trapped in the process.

I understand that students are who works here but it took 30 mins to serve 3 customers. Way too long!

takes about 5 minutes per order, if there is more than 3 ppl in line and you really want subway just go to the one at the plaza

Took 4 employees 20 min to get through 3 orders
