The store service by mani was very cheap . when we entered the store, she was be like sitting at chair using cellphone, you can pick the order from there no hi nthng customer service was there and when we talk to manager, he was also like that. Never gonna recommend this store to anyone and also gonna file a complaint regarding this issue online so they can know how to treat customers and make their order properly.

Turned down my company’s order because it was over $200… How lazy can you be? With Firehouse subs and Jersey Mikes around, Subway shouldn’t even be in business. Absolutely pathetic.

Disgusting... went today the bread was stale the spinach looked awful. So not impressed with the quality and the two girls were rude. Safe food handling definetky not. Would never go back... I find all subways are getting worse especially the stale bread is always a issue

Ordered a snackwich sub, Oct 19/25 the bun was rock hard. I told the Indian lady, and she responded by saying that all their buns are that way. I said no, there are just very OLD!!! I asked for my money back and she called her manager. They spoke for several minutes, after off the phone she said sorry that their policy didnt allow refunds. I said NO I need my money back as the food was not fit to eat. Finally after threating food inspection on her, she reluctantly gave my money back out of the tip jar. I do not recommend anyone spending a dime at this Subway. NOT FRESH!!!

I walked in to buy a sub and use the bathroom, i was going to the bathroom first and the girl working the counter says “you have to buy something before you use the restroom, we have a lot of drug addicts using drugs in there”
My shoes cost your weekly wage and your calling me a drug addict? On top of that im in a polo shirt (my work shirt) and im 16. Upper management needs to teach them some manners

We ordered the two wraps yesterday and the person who helped was literally putting everything in really small amount. Like what are we paying for? Also the wrap was terribly packed and the wrap was cut in two parts? Like why would we order wraps if we needed in half? The person didnt even ask if we wanted cut and didnt even bother to pack the wraps in bag. It was horrible experience. Never going back to that store again.
