This place has given me food poisoning more times than I could count on one hand, which is not what you want to see from a restaurant. But maybe it's my fault for continuing to go back? It's just so close to home that it's easily accessible...
Restaurant is always quite dirty. The staff can sometimes be nice, but most times treat you like you're an inconvenience. Also, proper food handling processes are absolutely NOT being followed by staff when management isn't around, just an FYI. If they were, I would not have gotten food poisoning here so many times. Hint: Do not eat the shredded chicken or tuna, they might result in you being very ill.

This place was terrible. Bread was stale, vegetables were mushy. Sub wasn’t even cut in half (small thing but annoying). Staff was rude.

Just had the sub from this location, the employee is very cooperative and made the best sub which I wished to eat tonight. Overall the best subway I’ve ever visited

Bad experience. I ordered online and paid for it. But when I just want to pick up that I ordered , the girl told me she didn’t see my order. I showed her my order number and payment but she say I need to talk with her manager. I don’t have much more time to complain either them . Because she looks like explaining not her mistake. She would not like to solve the customer problems. It is really bad. I won’t go there anymore.

Please teach the employees what Customer Service is. A smile wouldn’t hurt anyone. Employees (Indian Girls) always look frustrated and annoyed with customers, everytime I visit the store.

Worse , terrible
This morning, I wanted to use their washroom, lady working over there said washroom is only for customer, I remember subway doesn't have this policy , I am a subway customer as well , though I never been in this location but I know other subway let you to use washroom without buying anything. When did franchaise came up with this new rule ? If they did then it's terrible for franchaise. Lady wasn't aware of that I already entered in the subway , I was nice enough , waited little bit then politely asked her about usage of washroom. Because of I had to use washroom, I was ready to buy any drink , but a tiny minute made tetra pack ( around 200 ml) was of over $2 , which was outrageous. Then I drove to gas station ( patro canada) in same plaza and used their washroom. If I ever wanna buy sub , I wouldn't go there , these people are so commercial .

**"Worst Subway Branch Ever!"**
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The staff, including the manager, are completely unprofessional and dishonest. I ordered a vegetarian sub, but they served me pork and kept insisting it was vegetarian, despite the obvious difference. It took them 30 minutes to serve my order, and when I pointed out the mistake and asked for a refund, they refused to return the full amount. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the cops instead of apologizing for their mistake! Absolutely appalling behavior and service. Avoid this place at all costs – they are only interested in taking your money and harassing customers. Never going back!"

Worst subway branch
Both the staff and the manager are just there to say lie and waste your time and money .
They lie… in the name of veg they will give you pork/ meat and what not.
You will keep asking and they will keep lying
No apologies made.
No compensation made.

After 30 mins of waiting
When asked for return of money they try to fool you again and return less money.
Just return the base price and keep the tax with them….
Feels like a curse to be in the store….
Never ever go….

The manager will go above and beyond to make your experience worst and will threaten you for cops for no fault of yours ????↕️??
Vegetarian options: No no you are at wrong place to ask veg for them pork is veg
Dietary restrictions: Doesn’t matter what diet you are on they don’t care.. they will serve what they want
Kid-friendliness: They barely understand english…. I wonder if they are not even polite to adults how do they deal with kids… they are just there to fool you

Service was good and was given a decent amount of toppings without having to ask. The only downfall is that Subway is not teaching their employees to mark the receipts as take out which is important to indigenous people wishing to claim the taxes on the receipts.

There’s this short Indian girl that works there and every time I go and she is there I regret going. I love subway a lot but this specific one I would recommend not going to. I always get the teriyaki chicken any subway I go but when I went here she told me there only certain cheeses and sauces I can choose from depending on the meat I choose…?? No other place I have been to has ever said that and I’m pretty sure that isn’t a rule. Today, like 20 minutes ago, my sister went in to get some tissues because I have a pretty bad cold and I needed tissues so I sent her to get some while I go to the bank next door. I’ve been to subway so many times and I know that others too can go in and grab a few tissues and leave and no one cares. This girl was mopping and said “excuse me. Did you ask for a napkin? It’s just manners” and glares at her until she left. I think there’s a politer way of behaving especially in a customer service setting. I’m never going there again because there are locations with much nicer employees who doesn’t shame you for no reason on the way out.
