We were served by an employee named Prezy. She was very kind and helpful to us. She made sure that the vegetarian sandwiches were clean and she did keep them aside while changing her gloves frequently to make it sure it’s pure veg. Also, there was a little rush when we ordered but she was very calm and was accessing the situation very well. Great experience going there. Will definitely recommend this place over other locations.

Wow I’ve never had a meal messed up so badly from a restaurant before. I ordered delivery for 2 sandwiches and the ingredients were just randomly swapped in between each sandwich. The meat, cheese and sauce were all wrong, there was only a tiny amount of lettuce, and the wrong sandwich was toasted. Horrible. Never ordering from here again.

How is this location still in business? The food, service, and staff behavior were absolutely terrible. I'm not sure if the lady preparing the sub couldn't read the instructions or simply didn’t care to follow them, but the sub was completely dry—even though I clearly selected regular sauces. She didn’t even acknowledge my greeting, which came across as quite rude. I expected at least basic customer service skills from Subway staff.
