I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Subway. The spinach in my sandwich was unwashed and had visible dirt on it. It’s unacceptable for food to be served in that condition, especially when it’s something that should be clean and fresh. I hope they take food safety more seriously in the future.

Best place to visit late night if you stay up till late night or party owl and need some mid-night munching.

Parking: Huge Free parking lot in-front of the store. And always have availability for parking.

Such a worst customer service, usually I visit this place at night, it was around 3 am, i have ordered six inch subway and my friend ordered, we didn’t like the way she talked to us, she was already angry, she said they were out of Italian herbs and cheese bread and they were out with most of their breads, so we went with white bread, which was fresh according to that girl but it was not fresh. Now about that girl, she was not professional in her work, not even wearing her name badge, and don’t even know how to make good sandwiches, subway franchise on this location should work on their employees who are having full of attitude. I got bad experience second time from this same location. Work on your employees or fire them.

Hygiene is miserable. One of the staff picked up the bread from the floor and carried on serving it. I’ve never seen a subway branch this much miserable.

Regardless of how many times I go here or who ever is working this place always slaps. Hands down the best service regardless of the time or employees I have always received nothing but the best food and service. I would give this place A 5 star every time!!!

I had an amazing experience at Subway. Yesterday night I went there and they gave the best customer service. Last night two girls were working and they were helpful and polite while making my sub. The sub was really good and they recommended to try a footlong cookie and it was yummy. I would definitely recommend to visit this store.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My wife and I drove from Kitchener at 2:25 AM for a sub, only to be told by two staff members that they couldn't make food because they were busy cleaning. The front staff was exceptionally rude and dismissive. We would have waited, but her attitude was unacceptable. The owner needs to train their staff better, especially since the place is open 24 hours. With such poor customer service, there's no point in being open round the clock. I'll be going to the Subway on King Street instead which is few metres away.

Slow staff who can’t do their job. You should really take some pointers from down the road because your staff is absolutely terrible. I contacted cfia and subway corporate because this location needs to turn itself around. I encourage others to do the same
