I visited this location today(Tuesday) (April 30th 2024) at 8:15 Pm. There were two girls working with their headphones and kept asking me what I needed for my salad. Even after telling my order she kept on asking for my toppings. If you’re not comfortable in working with the earplugs on you can remove and take ordes. The other girl kept on staring for no reason and was laughing on the side. Have some etiquettes when serving your customers and kindly remove your headphones so that you don’t have to ask the customer for their order multiple times. Poor service!!

Wow... what a terrible service I just had. Went there with a friend she was starving and wanted to have a nice subway but instead she got load of attitude with unprofessionalism, we are desi's and the attendee was desi too but damn the audacity. If you don't want to work than what's the need to work? Didn't even ask what dressing we wanted what sub we wanted. On top of that he was so mad that he broke the knife while putting the sub together.You need to provide proper training to you staff and make sure your employees are not chewing a gum with mouth open.

My visit to Subway( located at university avenue plaza) was absolutely terrible. The staff member who served me was chewing gum like a cow and didn't even bother to ask me about my dressing preferences. The level of unprofessionalism was appalling. It's a shame that such poor service can ruin what should have been a simple meal. #WorstService #Subway

They have some real smart people working here. I ordered delivery from these guys and they tightly packed a cold mtn dew bottle with the grilled footlong sandwich in a paper bag making it soggy. Atleast teach your employees how to pack a order?

We spent $20 here and had asked for tap water as I was thirty. Was told that I need to buy a drink to have tap water. Not only that the employee Avni was very rude and showed attitude where as I was talking very nicely and had only politely asked for water. Also employees were not wearing name tags as required by brand standards.

Ordered a chicken bowl on the mobile app. Previous time was fine, the chicken was warm and there was no issue but this time, I got raw chicken that was ice cold to the touch (the rest of the bowl was warm though). Subway's response was that it shouldn't be that way, they're sorry that happened but please visit us again...

Everything I go there in the morning the service is horrible, the people always take there time to help and when they do they always just plop everything on my sub. Plus if there isn't enough meet in the container they spread what they have out as thin as they can instead of getting more. They never ask if I want it toasted they just go ahead and toast it. They are not friendly and usually always on there phones and annoyed that they have to help me. So disappointed in this locations staffing choices.

It was the worst and most insulting experience ever at Subway. As a professional, I can say that the girl working here named Vidhi doesn't know the definition of customer service. I saw many reviews here about the same; no action is being taken.I don't criticize all employees, as other employees, a boy, a girl, and a supervisor or a manager, all had smiling faces, and they were very customer-friendly and welcoming. I wish I had one of them today.TIME: 12:15 PM TO 12:24 PMGive Training on how to do customer service. Also, my food was not up to date to the standards and a taste of Subway.

We visited your store today around 12 PM and one of your employees named Vidhi, she was rude and disrespectful. During order making, she did not make us feel welcomed. Basically she hurt us by her service. I won’t be visiting your store onwards.

I just visited the store. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. It took some time for them to prepare because the staff informed me about a problem with the toaster. I said that's fine and waited, finally received my order. Once I came out of the store, I opened my sub, but unfortunately, the bun was stuck to the paper below. I went back and showed it to the staff—there were three people, one guy and two girls. One of the girls came to me to see what the problem was. I showed her that the bun was stuck to the paper, and she responded quite rudely, stating she could change the bun but not the food inside it. I agreed but mentioned it was the way the bun was stuck to the paper. Despite it being a busy evening for them, I expected at least minimal customer service. I didn't like the employee's attitude.

Ordered 6inch Veggie Patty and 6 inch Veggie Delight, the guy working at the front was rude and disinterested. No greetings, no smile and the way he prepared seemed disorganized. He was preparing both the sandwich together so told him to add few more cucumbers, he just added 2 on the footlong. Lol that was funny.Very rude and was just interested in looking at 3 girls who were having their meal, instead of focusing on the customers.The owner should take this into consideration, it’s hard to get a job and if he has one at least he should respect it.Placed another order of Veggie Delight served by a girl, she was good at work and suggested different options as well.Promising environment but lacked the vibe due to bad experience. Would love to give another try.(12/26/2023 - Time: 7:30pm)
