Terrible establishment. I had a cancelled Uber eats order that I was charged for. I called and they said I could come pick it up without issue. When I arrived the employee said the owner told him they can’t give out food to customers and there was nothing they could do.

Not the employee’s fault at all, he did all the right things. The owner is to blame. Seems like a total cheapskate loser who tries to squeeze every penny from his customers. I would avoid this subway at all costs and have already told several of my friends and family to do the same. Awful.

I’ve been ordering from this Subway for a while now, and honestly, I’m writing this review out of pure frustration. Every time I place an online order, I clearly mention specific instructions—like adding extra veggies and packing the sub cut in half and separately. But it’s like they don’t even read the notes.

Today was no different. I asked for more veggies and again, it barely had any. It’s not the first time this has happened either—it’s been like this from day one. At some point, it stops feeling like a one-off mistake and starts to feel like they just don’t care.

This subway is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The owner is a CHEAP skimper. Purposefully picking in and out each individual of teriyaki chicken. I went once for lunch, will NEVER go back to that location again. These people don’t know how to run a business. No friendly atmosphere, penny pinching each piece of chicken especially when you didn’t even put full scoops is ridiculous. I basically ate lettuce and bread with a side of chicken. Brutal. Just had to let yall know

Why is your open sign lit up after 7 AM around 7:15 if your store is not open

Forced to wait an hour for food since they were out of white bread and refused to cancel my $15 order. I asked to be compensated one (1) pop cup to make up for the experience and Davit behind the counter refused. No sense of customer service.

Don't even get me started on the food.

I called to let this owner know that someone had delivered a sub to my house (wrong house) when I hadn't placed an order. The owner lost his mind, was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I have NO idea what prompted this, I was just calling them to let them know someone was missing a sub and that it was delivered to my house. I had even tried to call back in case it was a disconnection, to which I was met with more hostility, and the owner hung up again.

If this is the establishment's care of customer service, I can't even imagine what their food handling pratices are like.

I would be extremely hesitant to order from this establishment.

Second time I ordered yesterday night 16th January around 12 am. Got food poisoning, had been puking since last night been puking 3 to 4 times by 9 am.

Never ordering from this location at all.

The health & food department needs to make sure, that they use fresh ingredients at all times.
