I bought a sub on Saturday night and a young indian lady was working there, she was too rude, and she even didn't use scope for meat and put a bit with her hands!!! The bread was spread out and all toping came out. I asked if she can change it and she answered rudely, i don't see any problem to change and wrapped it. I hope company spend more time on training and customer service than just hiring anyone! very disappointed a

Such a racist Behavior.....i entered store to buy a sub.....there are other race people too but the lady see me as indian quickly judge me that I am delivery driver.....secondly they dont pay attention to the instructions when you tell them to add something

Absolutely disgusting! scooped the meatballs with her hands, cleaned the counter with gloves on and didn’t change it. The meatballs were cold and undercooked, had to throw it out. Hire people who know how to keep the proper hygiene standards!

i ordered online and went to pick up. The two laddies in there with long hair don’t have hairnet or a cap and the two washrooms in there had a hand written sign says ‘out of order’. Also one of the girl using the same glove at cash register and then back to make subs. Won’t go there anymore

Employees should learn how to accommodate guests when they are ordering instead taking payment first, in the middle of making a customized sandwich. Seems they were in hurry and felt bad for other customers too. I work in similar kind of food chain and as a Manager, I consider that this should be improved.
