I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate and unprofessional experience I had during my recent visit to your store. I had previously left an honest review on Google, and when I visited the store, I was confronted by two employees, Sukh Singh and Sarb, who seemed to have tracked my review. Instead of providing a welcoming or constructive environment, they began to berate me for my feedback, insisting that I refrain from ordering or returning to the store in the future.
I understand that customer feedback can sometimes be difficult to hear, but it is essential that all employees maintain professionalism, especially when interacting with customers who offer honest critiques. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

I had a disappointing experience at the Conestoga Mall Subway today. The staff member preparing my vegetarian sub had an unfriendly attitude, and I noticed she didn’t change gloves after handling chicken, which is a concern for cross-contamination. I also asked for my sub to be grilled and toasted, but she only grilled it, claiming it was due to my choice of sauces—a request I’ve never had issues with before. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this Subway location due to poor customer service

Today, I visited the Subway at Conestoga Mall and ordered a vegetarian sub at 4:48 p.m. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member preparing my sub spoke to us with an unfriendly attitude, lacking professionalism in her manner.
As a vegetarian customer, I was concerned when I noticed she was using the same gloves she had used for handling chicken, without changing them. This was unacceptable, as cross-contamination is a serious concern for vegetarian customers.
Additionally, I specifically requested my sub to be both grilled and toasted. However, she only grilled it. When I asked why it wasn’t toasted, she responded that I had used four sauces, implying this was a problem, despite it being something I regularly do without issue.
I would not recommend visiting the Subway at Conestoga Mall due to this experience. The customer service was very disappointing.
