Very very Bad customer service.
Visited this Subway to pick my order and asked to use the washroom i tried to open it multiple times & it was clearly not working rather than helping me out she ignored me saying that its OPEN. Even though I explained her that its not working. Very disappointing with rude & unhelpful staff. Won't be coming back. Manager should provide them some basic training.

Poor customer service
Visited this Subway twice and had the misfortune of dealing with the same rude and unhelpful staff member both times. Refused to add extra sauce and made me wait despite ordering online for pickup for first time and for second time i didn’t ask anything for free but still order was not ready and she was rude. Clearly, this employee needs more training on customer service. Won't be back.

I have celiac disease, very accommodating. Rinsing utensils, changing gloves, everything needed with no fuss and reassurance that I wasn't being a bother. I love this place.

If you value your stomach, skip this subway.

Staff are rude and kept making mistakes, lettuce was rotten and wilted.

Ordered potato rings for my daughter (like a hashbrown) and they were the soggiest, greasiest pieces of crap I've ever seen.

I ordered on Uber eats and had an issue with my order I’ve tried to call the store 6 times in the last 15 minutes. And no one is answering. My subs are completely garbage and we can’t eat them . They toasted my subs and I didn’t ask for them to be toasted . And there so burnt you can’t even bite into it. Not to mention the portion size is absolutely ridiculously. There’s not even enough portions or meat on there to feed a kid . So disappointed. Shame on you Subway. Finally someone answered the phone and they don’t have bread said they could remake the order but they won’t have bread for 30 min. Man I spoke to was just starting his shift he seemed wonderful but the previous worker made a lot of mistakes .

There was a girl who spoke to us very rudely at this Subway. While ordering a sub, her attitude was disrespectful, and she kept asking me 'anything else?' in a rude tone. People like her who don't know how to talk to customers don't deserve to work here. This will be my last visit to this Subway.

The vegetables were pretty old and brown looking. The bread tasted stale and was hard.
There was one girl working trying to serve 4 people in front of us which took 20 minutes. Either another person is needed or better training.
The tables were dirty and hadn't been washed from the previous people eating there.
