This is hands down the worst sub way location in the region. They have messed up my orders every single time I ordered through Uber eats. In both situations we ordered 4 subs and each time all 4 subs went into the trash. First, they don’t cut the subs, don’t label the subs and each time they don’t bother putting the correct toppings. The subs are not fresh and the toppings are old and they look so messy! Sauce all over the bread.I decided to go into this location because I had to see with my own eyes what I suspected was very poor food practices. I certainly was not wrong. I noticed horrifying food practices. This place should be inspected for food safety. I’m completely stunned. The staff are unfriendly and do not take pride in what they serve. I’m disgusted.

Cleanliness was very low. Need more training in safe food handling (the person made 5 subs in a row touching everything including the cash register without changing gloves). All the topping containers were frozen on the outside and the tuna looked like it was a week old

Today just right now I bought veggie footlong and your stuff treat like we are mad and there were two guys working at the front and they don’t know how to treat customers how to talk with them. At the very first i asked him i need to be toasted and grilled at the end. When he was done with making it i asked him to grilled for me and he dined “ he said that our cleaning of grilled will be messed up because there are so many sauces on your sub we can’t grilled it” even though he don’t apologized me for this and nothing and just took payment and done .I visited to many subways nobody denied you for grilling it just because of your cleaning. If you want your store to be cleaned then shut down your store and just do cleaning no need to take any order if you’re are denying your customers because of your cleanliness.Even i am working as a store manager for restaurant but my stuff don’t do like this. Our owner don’t allow this thing that you dined for giving service and you guys charging full price but still you’re not providing good service to your customers. This is not a way to do business or your job. Secondly you spoiled my mood of dinner and all. Please if somebody give you the job please do it properly. Thanks
