The best footlong with multigrain bread. Maybe I was hungry but the footlong was delicious
Subject: Concern Regarding Staff Behaviour at Subway – Bridgeport Plaza, Waterloo
Dear Subway Team,
My name is Saransh Punj, and I visited your Bridgeport Plaza location at 94 Bridgeport Road East, Waterloo on May 25, 2025, around 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of your female staff members.
I had ordered a footlong sub, but without asking me, she cut it into 1/4th pieces. I wanted it cut in half, and when I politely pointed this out, her attitude completely changed. She started preparing the sandwich with visible frustration, banging utensils loudly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Even though I stayed polite and said “thank you” at the end, she completely ignored me.
I’ve always appreciated the service and food quality at Subway, but this kind of behaviour was very upsetting. I hope this issue will be looked into and necessary steps will be taken to ensure better customer service going forward.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Subway. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. To make matters worse, the product I received didn’t even match the listed ingredients. I ordered a specific sub expecting it to include what was advertised, but key items were missing and what I got was thrown together with no care or accuracy. It’s incredibly disappointing when even the basics can’t be met, and no one on staff seems to care. I won’t be returning.
I recently ordered from Subway and was extremely disappointed. They didn’t even add a single layer of sauce to my sub, making it completely dry and tasteless. I even have a photo to prove it. This is not the quality I expect from Subway. It completely ruined my meal experience. Very careless preparation — definitely not ordering again from this outlet unless they seriously improve.
tell me why im ordering just 1 sub and the lady working tonight decided to make another order and left mine sitting out for 5 minutes then started putting on the lettuce without toasting then takes the lettuce off and puts it in the toaster. What am I paying for ?? And came here last night and was the same lady, she made my sub upside down. I don’t get this. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and never had a problem.
Disgusting food and the girl was rude missed half of things in my sub. I called her to complain about it she didn’t even said sorry for the mistake. Don’t go here or order here go somewhere else. Disgusting 🤮🤮🤮
The girl worker there has always been rude. Today I went in and ordered a sub, she lied about the toaster not being on and wanted to hand me over cold food.
Awesome service with awesome food. Ordered veggie pattie sub and it was super delicious. Thanks to the hardworking staff.

The amount of times i show up in the morning, and they don’t have any bread, potato rings, cookies, or anything ready close to half an hour after they open is pretty unacceptable. As it means they didn’t just run out, but that they’re being lazy and never made any before they opened, like every other subway does/should… i often come here for breakfast, especially on weekends. As i tend to like all the toppings i can have on my breakfast sandwich… However i might have to just start getting food at tim hortans accorss the plaza instead, as they atleast have their food ready in the mornings.
I visited today for my online order for pickup. I usually order online and pickup when I went today there Itold to girl I ordered online and I want to dictate you about my sub but she told you are not allow to make any changes if you order online which is awful for me I told her ok then cancel my order I do not want it I will buy somewhere else. She said ok as you wish. I will never go this place. J went same time same day somewhere they didn’t say anything. I wanted to give this store 0 rating with disrespectful behaviour with customer.

Subway never disappoints me with variety. During my visit today, Daman suggested me #6 sandwich. Which was very mouth watering
