The amount of times i show up in the morning, and they don’t have any bread, potato rings, cookies, or anything ready close to half an hour after they open is pretty unacceptable. As it means they didn’t just run out, but that they’re being lazy and never made any before they opened, like every other subway does/should… i often come here for breakfast, especially on weekends. As i tend to like all the toppings i can have on my breakfast sandwich… However i might have to just start getting food at tim hortans accorss the plaza instead, as they atleast have their food ready in the mornings.
I visited today for my online order for pickup. I usually order online and pickup when I went today there Itold to girl I ordered online and I want to dictate you about my sub but she told you are not allow to make any changes if you order online which is awful for me I told her ok then cancel my order I do not want it I will buy somewhere else. She said ok as you wish. I will never go this place. J went same time same day somewhere they didn’t say anything. I wanted to give this store 0 rating with disrespectful behaviour with customer.

This is my first time visiting this subway store but my experience was very bad. The lady who took our order was very rude. She doesn't even know how to talk with a customer properly!🙄😤

I am regular customer but today met with untrained staff name Daman, she don't know how to value and talk with the customers. I feel shame to give 1 star also as per her behaviour because she deserve less than that......

Subway never disappoints me with variety. During my visit today, Daman suggested me #6 sandwich. Which was very mouth watering

The worst subway location I useto go here twice a week until i had to deal with the one women working there went in to get a sub makes it over loads topping when I told her a few then is huffing and puffing shakeing her head when I asked to take some off then drenched it in sauce after I told her no more with a big grin on then she's pressing down on the sub squishing the bread to flat after I asked her could u not do that please it ruins the sub she completely stopped and sat there with the dirtiest look on her face just staring at me for a good 2 minutes until I said what is there a problem I'm the one who has to pay and eat this? You know what you can just keep it she's lucky I didn't have that sub in my hand because I'd would have tossed it in her face. worst atitude & customer service I have ever seen, in canada the customer is always right, should teach these students some manners because next time I won't just be walking out
During my visit today, I was served by an employee named Daman. While my sub was in the oven, Daman cashed me out using her gloves and then proceeded to handle my toppings with the same gloves.
I found this practice extremely unsanitary and concerning, as it raises questions about food safety protocols at this location. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from visiting this location again.
I hope the owner shares this matter with their staff to ensure proper hygiene standards are upheld moving forward.
issue with coupons on the app and wanted to see if there was a way to fix the issue In store and the girl at the counter was very rude and was not properly listening to the issue. She kept saying the coupon expired but it in fact did not. We ended up using a different coupon and she was rude while making the subs.
