Gagan provided exceptional service during my visit to Subway. She was friendly and took the time to help me customize my order perfectly. Her suggestions were spot-on, and it was evident that she is giving good training to her colleagues, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Horrible, just horrible. Paid for a sub, the forgot my cheese and my bacon, half the sub. Call to complain, was told there was nothing that the employee could do, since she didn't make it. I was told I needed to come in the next day (20 minute drive) to talk to someone about this and then I was hung up on mid sentence. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Thanks for ruining dinner and then telling me tough luck.

Absolutely disgusting place, their bread comes freshly baked with hair all over it! My girlfriend ordered a 6 inch sub and after taking a few bites realized there’s hair covering 2 sides of the sandwich. Pick a different subway it’s about time we get a new franchise in that unit, these guys consistently suck.

Horrible serveice. The sever made an error making my take out sub when it came to sauces. First they tried to make it a non issue by saying I have orderd it previously which was a lie. Then said that if they have to make a new sub they would have to charge me for it?! This is all after I had paid for the food. Extreamly disapointed with the service espcially as I have been coming to this location and ordering the same thing for years. Would not recomend at all, go to a different location!

We enter the establishment and as we view the menu to make our order we are being pressured to make our order quickly. After we order a footlong cookie it is frozen so we kindly ask them to heat it up again. After this she gets us to bring the very hot cookie from her metal tray to our table and it nearly burns my fingers. Do not come here.

Choose a different subway. Ordered on app, my sub was grilled and then just sat there for 15 minutes while they helped customers, the flatbread was too hard to even chew by the time I got it. Used the same gloves to use the cash register and for an inch of different subs including vegetarian and meat subs .Cleanliness wasn’t there, low on supplies, no tissues or anything, sub wasn’t wrapped properly, flatbread was ripped and missing pieces. Two similar experiences the 2 times I went here, wont be going back to this location.

One of the worst service ever, went inside to get a sub and I had deal the attitude of the front staff and she was being so rude, this is not how you should approach and treat your customers.
When I asked her what the actual issue was, she told “I don’t care, you can leave”.

Went in to get a sub here, unfriendly international staff working that don't put any effort into their jobs. Sloppily, slapping the meat down, not even looking while squirting mayo and sauces all over the place onto the paper, creating a wet sloppy mess of the bread. Lost a customer.
