I've passed by this place a few times, and this is the first time I tried it out. I'm only sad I didn't try it out sooner. The prices seem steep, but they really give you a good amount of ice cream. Also, the people who work here really are absolutely wonderful, and they made me feel at home the second I walked in despite being busy with orders.😊

Very bad, they don’t know what they sell! I called and asked if they had a cake and on call they said yes but when I reached there just 10 minutes after they said we don’t have it and we don’t know what that cake is.

Sweet Lou's has simply the best ice cream sandwiches in town. You select two of their in-store baked cookies, your ice cream choice for the center and then chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, Oreo crumbles, Skor pieces etc for the outside. The sandwich is then assembled in front of you and it tastes amazing. Of course, you can just take the cookies and still go home very satisfied. The wall of photos of happy customers is awesome and Lou and his staff are helpful and very nice. I don't recommend going too often to save your gut and purse but if you need something good or have something to celebrate think of Sweet Lou's and his amazing cookies and sandwiches.
Kid-friendliness: My boys love going there. They also tend to use the bathroom in the back and Lou and his team are happy to help. The chair might be a bit high for smaller kids but in the summer there is usually a bit of outdoor space available.

Ordered 3 dozen for an office event, cookies were ready on time and easy to pick up. Everyone at the office loved them! Very tasty and beautifully decorated
I absolutely love this place! The customer service is top notch. They were so appreciative of me coming in and it was such a pleasant experience. What a nice family feel. I got a skor(not in the pic), snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and the salted caramel cookies. Wow wow wow. My son and I split all of them and they were all super amazing !! It was my first time and I would highly recommend. They have many options for ice cream and shakes and also hot chocolates. Love this place !

I love coming here with my girlfriend when we have a late night sweet tooth. Getting the free cookies always keeps us coming back end enjoying the awesome ice cream!
Been going to Sweet Lou’s for years now and it always brightens my day. The service is incredible with the nicest and most genuine owners. Their cookies are always so tasty and fresh and I love the wide variety they offer. I look forward to coming here every time and I can’t wait to be back again!!
