I went in to redeem my free cookie. Shop wasn’t open yet but the owner found time to go find me a cookie. I chose the meltdown which was perfectly baked chewy/crispy edges and delicious. I will definitely keep coming back to this place. Would choose it 1000% over the big chain store that just moved in. Please support local:)

I won a half dozen cookies over Christmas, so I stopped in to pick them up. I was immediately greeted by the kindest man who was genuinely happy for me that I had won the contest. He explained a bit about his business and told me that he was Lou. He also told me about the other items in store that he had. I didn't intend on purchasing anything, and only intended on picking up the cookies I had won. But his cheerful demeanor and warm presence made me change my mind and I ordered a milkshake. I have never had a milkshake that tasted so good like this one did. It was perfect! Don't get me started on the cookies too. They were amazing. I will definitely be back.

First time in and won’t be the last. So many different cookies to choose from. So much better than these chain cookie places. The atmosphere was so nice and Mr Lou was so kind and talked to us about the cookies. We even won a free cookie! Definitely try this place.

Stoped in because I heard good things about the cookies. I ordered half a dozen. It was a bit later in the evening and there was still a big selection. They had some festive flavours and some great choices. The staff who helped me is friendly and fast with my order. I saw they had country pumpkin flavoured ice cream so i asked for a scoop and it was a nice big scoop that tasted so good and went great with my delicious cookies. Everything was fresh and flavourful. I will definitely go back.

I have been coming here since 2021 and it’s always a treat ! When you walk in you’re always welcomed with a smile - especially if Lou is there - and you always leave with a happy belly ! My favourite is getting the ice cream cookie that is so meticulously made with your choice of ice cream, cookies, and a topping. I dream of it !!

I placed a slightly short notice and quite large cookie order for a work event and I will definitely be ordering again! They were able to accommodate the order no problem, delivered it in the middle of a snow storm, and even gave us some extras! On top of all that the cookies were DELICIOUS. My colleagues are still telling me how much they loved them. 11/10 would recommend. Thanks Lou!

Sweet Lou’s is the best cookie place around! Whenever my fiancée and I are craving something sweet, this cookie shop is ALWAYS the first place that comes to mind! It’s so worth the drive if you’re from out of town! (We come from Rockwood) The treats are always so delicious and the service is exceptional! Lou is truly one of the warmest people We’ve met and always makes us smile. If you want the best milkshakes and cookies in town go to Sweet Lou’s cookies, you won’t be disappointed! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
This place is truly magical. Stepped in here on a night out with some friends thinking we would just get some cookies, but this place is more than just the cookies. We had an amazing experience with Lou and his wife who greeted us with nothing but the best service. And of course we got an amazing photo all together! 😊
